Just moved out of Westminster and want to thank everybody for giving me such a lovely stay while I was here visiting from India. Such great hospitality and care. This place is truly the best apartment complex I’ve stayed at. The maintenance staff is super responsive and the leasing office is very friendly. I loved being here over Christmas and attending the Christmas party as well for the residence where they gave us free food and gifts. Thank you Westminster .
One of the most exceptional apartment neighborhoods I have resided in is situated in the Smyrna/Marietta area. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the leasing manager, Edith, for providing exceptional care to the residents and promptly resolving any issues that arise.
I am very happy with my apartment at this complex. My first time in an apartment in 30 years and I can truly say it has been a very good experience and I look forward to renewing my lease in January for another year. The unit was renovated, and the management staff and maintenance team are very responsive. I also love the walk, ability to get to really cool restaurants and shopping. I also like the fact that many of the residents have been here for many many years. The Pool is huge and nice. I really like the gym too. I also like that it's set on a beautiful property which you don't find these days.

I'm Daniel, I'm very happy to live in Westminster, the condominium is always very clean and the maintenance in days, in the office they are always very attentive and polite, especially to Valeria, my family and I live well here!
You will not find a better place to call home the management team and staff are heaven sent I have really enjoyed my stay here.
I am very happy with Westminster Square. The prices are very fair and the level of service is very high. The office is great and were very accommodating for me and my family with our move from overseas. I would recommend Westminster to any of my friends or family. Very beautiful community in a great location. I have several friends in this community and we are all very happy.
II have lived here for 8 years and have been very happy. William in the leasing office always goes above and beyond for me. The entire team does a phenomenal job taking care of the property and its residents. Management changed some time ago and they are really making great improvements to the property. The gate isn't always working but thats mostly because the tenants don't know how to use it, and smash it! Overall great place to live, great value. Would recommend.
