Westminster Place is a great place to live! Management and staff are excellent!

I've called Westminster Place home for the last 2 years and I must say the maintenance staff is excellent, management is top notch! I love living here!

My car was stolen within a week of moving here, as well as nearly every package I tried having delivered to my apartment. Management withheld $200 of my security deposit for locks on the door in the unit that were present when I moved in - $200 for door locks! I promise anyone looking that you can find a better apartment in St. Louis for the same, if not better, of a price.

Old and full of beetles! You have to live with beetles if you lease in this place!

I Love my platinum unit!!! Very peaceful and quiet building the staff is amazing and responds quickly if you have any concerns!!

Had a tour. Tour lady was very knowledgeable about the apartments and area. Pricing is great. Great location. Close to stores and shopping areas

Let me first say Megan is absolutely amazing!!! From the first call to the move in process she was right there every step of the way to answer every question that I had. I love my apartment!!!! When I need something looked at or fixed they get it done quickly and efficiently. If you’re looking for a place to call home definitely check them out, you won’t be disappointed!!!

the second I walked in I knew this was my next home. the office team was helpful and welcoming. megan is amazing!!!! the maintenance guys are also quick to respond to requests. 10/10, highly recommend.

All of the staff were exceptionally sweet and welcoming! The apartments I toured were beautiful, multiple styles that kept my options open! The property has a neighborhood feel with a pool and dog park! Definitely going to apply!

I've been living here for a little over a year now and all I can say is that the staff is absolutely wonderful, they're always available to help with anything. Also, maintenance is only a call away if ever needed. The apartment is perfect for just me and the amenities are always a plus!

I actually 0/10 recommended. My roof fell on top of me while I was asleep. All phone lines were inactive. The drug their feet to fix it until I got my job involved. The A/C continuously goes out in the building. The staff are rude and inconsiderate, but I will say the maintenance people are really nice and respectful.

I scheduled and got a confirmation for an in person tour. I received the confirmation the day immediately prior to my tour date. When we show up we are told, in a very disrespectful manner, we are going to have to reschedule our tour because the other tour lady didn’t show up. Like YOU COULDN’T HAVE GIVEN ME A CALL?

Excellent customer service! A great location in the Central West End, you are only a block or two away from what you. Great staffing, a fantastic place to stay. You'll love it!!

My son just recently moved in last month for college. The staff has been great since I had to complete everything remotely. I love the apartment and location. Great place to live.

Kilia was excellent throughout the whole leasing process. She made my interstate move much easier and I’m so excited to live at Westminster Place apartments!

The only reason I gave any stars is because these apartments are conveniently located in Central West End, just 10 minutes from downtown. Otherwise, I was not satisfied. First, we weren’t given all of the proper keys on the day we were moving in. We’d begun communication and signed the lease in April, moving in on May 31st, which made this unacceptable and frustrating. In the first week I moved in, the large kitchen light fell from the ceiling abruptly. I emailed the office right away, and it wasn’t fixed until 2 weeks later - after I had to check in with the office and remind them multiple times. Next, the office tried to charge us for not having electric in our name, which we had done a few days before move-in. I had email confirmation of this, so we were able to resolve this issue, thankfully, but it shouldn’t have been an issue to begin with. Don’t expect to use the pool if you work a full time job. The hours are ONLY Monday-Friday 10am-5pm (Thursday until 7pm). I confronted the office about this, slightly upset, and they said that they were just screwed over by the cleaning/maintenance company so it is temporary. After meeting and talking with other tenants who have lived here for years, I discovered that I was lied to and that the pool hours have always been this way. Lastly, this area is not the safest. For example, a woman had a gun held to her back and was robbed on Westminster Place just months ago. Needless to say, I’m very happy to be living somewhere else.

I have a 2 bedroom upgraded apartment and I love it. The place is quiet, the staff is so helpful and friendly. The maintenance guys are quick and kind. I love the neighborhood and how close I am to SLU and the Central West End shopping area.

When placing new work orders there is a extreme delay with getting maintenance assistance. My door locks were changed mistakenly without my knowledge two weeks ago. Recently a staff member left me a very unprofessional voicemail indicating personal information. Ive been a longtime tenant and very upset with the way things are being ran.

I just moved here for a month. The staffs here are so nice, and very helpful; they are very attentive to your needs. The place is not new but still maintain a good condition. They have all the facilities you need: the fridge, the stove, the dishwasher, the garbage disposal, the washer and dryer in unit, and the alarm system. My room type is 2 bed 2 bath. At this rate per month, this is a very good deal for a spacious room, located near many restaurants, and supermarkets. Also, for SLU student, it is only 10 minutes walk to the campus.

The team at Westminster Place is AMAZING! The team will always listen to their residents and put forth the effort in getting needs done in a timely manner! Neighbors are awesome! Love it here!

The staff is awesome but the living conditions need supreme improvements. They saved me from homelessness and i will forever be grateful for that, but my year there wasn't good.

WORST PLACE EVER, ON SARAH END CONSTANT CAR BREAK-INS, 5 BREAK INS 7.20.18. INCREASE RENT YEARLY, HIGH YEARLY VOLUME OF BREAK-INS YET NO SURVEILLANCE CAMS.

Apartments are in terrible condition. Many people moving out. Trees damaged many cars this past week and the maintenance is practically non existent if anything goes wrong.

After having a terrible experience with our last property management, moving to Westminster was the most satisfying breath of fresh air we could have asked for. Pam was excellent in every single step of this move in process. She was completely transparent with every detail from the initial tour to signing the lease agreement. We couldn’t be happier with the community and we can’t thank the staff enough for being so welcoming and kind.

Nice place fast, Westminster Place is it. Excellent customer service throughout the entire process. Extremely knowledgeable and professional office personal, always available via phone or in person. After searching for 2 months,looking at 2 other communities,we chose here Meets most of our needs. Quiet,clean,and friendly office personnel I think we're going to like it here Mr and Mrs Terence and Harriet Kellys

I just move in Westminster Place. The apartment is spacious and very clean. The leasing office is very friendly and responsive to my questions. This apartment is a great place for Saint Louis University students.
