Westman Mill Apartment homes are located on the old site of the first worker-owned cooperative plywood factory in Olympia comprised by Ed Westman in 1921. Southeast facing units have a view of downtown and the Capitol Dome, while the Northeast facing units have a view of Swantown Marina. Interior amenities: NO carpeting, All flooring is vinyl wood like flooring- Quartz countertops - Stainless appliances - Washer and dryer in each unit- Accent walls and cabinetry are painted in nautical neutrals. OF COURSE there is air-conditioning in each unit. Requirements include: •No smoking •12-month lease required •Application fee: $40.00 (non-refundable) •Deposit: 1 months rent (25 % of that at time of approval is used to hold the unit until move in, then the other 75% due at move in) •Pet Friendly with deposit: 25% of 1 months rent per pet •Tenants pay water/sewer/garbage $12.00 (monthly) •Parking: $90.00 monthly IF AVAILABLE (Annual fee available through city also an option if we have no spots.) •Proof of renter’s insurance required Minimum credit score of 680
