Westledge Apartments, luxury near downtown Norwich. Four apartment options are available with two and three-bedroom configurations. All options have beautiful kitchens featuring granite, a tiled backsplash, and white cabinets that flow into a spacious living room with access to a private deck or patio. The owner provides a washer and dryer in-unit. Water, sewer, snow removal, and landscaping are also included. Residents pay for electricity, gas, and hot water through high-efficiency water heaters. Residents are provided one parking space and may purchase one additional parking space for $35 per month or a detached enclosed garage for $125 per month (based on availability). There is a two-vehicle maximum per unit. Key fob building access, keyless unit door handles, and security cameras are located throughout common areas. $50 application fee; pet fee (max two pets) $45 plus monthly pet fee; See pet policy for more details. A risk mitigation fee may apply based on average credit score. Three-story building, units 101-112 first, 201-212 second, and 301-312 third floor. Amenities include: pool, exercise room, package room, playground, open space lawn areas, and patios with picnic tables and gas grills.
