DO NOT RENT HERE. ROACHES. RATS IN THE ELEVATORS laundry rooms running across the pipes in the parking garage. My apartment had maggots that turned into moths. Leaking floors and my balcony door was broken for 6 months and they’re only trying to fix it because my lease is up ! Turn water off for hours multiple times throughout the month with no warning !! If you have no where to go and desperate maybe ! If you have time to look and don’t wanna hate where you live please past these apartments up. They need to be shut down
This apartment is simply that.. BROKEN. Our elevator has been broken for over 3 months and all management can say is that they are waiting for a part. It's nearly impossible at this point to believe them because what elevator part takes over 3 months to be delivered? We have elderly and pregnant women in this building who counted on the elevator and there's no sense of urgency in getting it fixed. There's 4 floors in this building, parking being on the ground, so everyone from the first to the fourth floor is forced to take the stairs. Forcing all residents to take the stairs, you would think they would ensure the stairs are clean and free from trash and other hazards, they don't. The hallways in this building are often dirty and because we have to use the stairs to take down the trash, people are being lazy and leaving their trash in the stairways, which causes a pest problem. In addition to the broken elevator, dirty hallways and stairways, we are limited to ONE washer and ONE dryer on the second floor. Since early this year, one of the washer machines would overflow and spill out water into the hallways, causing an extreme hazard. So instead of fixing it, they've unplugged it. I have put in numerous maintenance requests to have our dryer fixed since April of this year and it's still broken. Now, we're down to one washer and one dryer for 9 units on this floor, which you could imagine, there's never a chance to wash clothes. It's completely overpriced to live here, not worth your time or money at all. The proximity to the stadium does not make up for the poor management of this building. We can't wait for our lease to be up in October because there are FAR better options for the price we're paying now. See for yourself how many available units they have because -people are fed up with living here and not being heard or taking care of.
The apartments are decent size, nice views and come with a parking spot in a gate garage but that's the only plus. The hallways and elevator are constantly dirty and wet. The washers are constantly out of order or take your money and the management does nothing to reimburse you. There is a serious bug problem. I have to spray my apartment down 3 times a week so its not over taken by roaches. I'm pretty sure they're in the wall. honestly there are better apartments in the area for cheaper
Beautifully decorated 1-3 bedroom apartments. Huge pool (3-9 feet deep). Rooms are very spacious and management is very kind and respectful. Large patio barbeque area for families. Each apartment has a balcony or a full sized patio if you are on a particular side of the first floor. Washers and dryers on each floor for convenience. Even though children cannot play in courtyard, there a numerous parks in the area to which your child can go play at. Covered parking underneath apartment towers. Great place to live.
I love this apartment. But, they have one major problem. ROACHES! OMG, if they would get rid of the roach problems. i would go back!
I tried to go view these apartments and they do not even have any vacancies. They are listed and shouldn't be they need to update their listings more frequently.
