Westland Capri

I haven’t even been here a whole year, once winter hit I notice MOLD IN MY BATHROOM, living room siding door, bathroom and kitchen, they don’t have hot water it takes 15 mins to warm up even a little bit. The mold has gotten me and my two kids sick for months. I sent pictures to the lady at the front office and no response for days. They never fixed the problem and the told me off the pictures it was mildew and it’s my fault but never came in person to view it for their self. If your even a day after the 5th behind in rent or holding rent because they don’t fix a problem you stressed to them about they don’t waste their time putting court papers on your door so when everyone walks past they will read your business because it’s all in the open. Again DO NOT MOVE HERE, if I could submit pictures of the mold I WOULD!

After three phones calls, I was able to schedule an appointment to come in. They had five hours to prepare for me to come and show me around. They were unprepared, had nothing to show or explain. Waste of time to drive across town to see.

No hot water, don't fix anything that breaks, 60 water bill for water leaking in moldy basement, manager is the worst ever

Don’t bother moving here or trying to move in because it’s a 10 people wait limit. Been literary calling for 2 months they don’t answer the phone don’t even waste your time with this place

I’ve emailed and called this property multiple times to inquire about pricing and an application. I’ve never heard back from them. Not once. If this is how they treat potential tenants, I can only imagine how they treat the residents that live here. I really love the layout of the apartment. What a shame.

Every question i had was answer professionally and very polite. The apartment is very well maintained. The manager there handle all my concerns very well.

This place is a joke. I lived here for a year and it was the worst experience of my life. The air conditioning doesn’t work in the summer, the fridge leaks, garbage disposal doesn’t work, my mailbox was broke and it took them 2 weeks to fix it. They have bedbug infestation trucks that are always here because this place is so disgusting. The maintenance people don’t want to fix anything and the landlord is beyond rude. Don’t try calling the main office about problems they are just as bad!

Spoke to someone about a one bedroom and it was awful. I only got one question answered and the man was incredibly rude. I asked to speak to a manager or someone who was able to be more friendly, and the man hung the phone up. I’ve tried to call back several times, and no answer. I really like the layout of this apartment and it seems to be in a good area. If this is how they treat a potential tenant, just imagine how they treat those that already live on the property. I was so disgusted. I hope they do something about this. I will now be removing them from off of my list of apartments of interest.

I have tried contacting this property multiple times via email and phone. Really love the layout of this place and was hoping to get some type of information but their communication is poor.

Place is garbage don’t want to fix things property will come up missing dont Do property mantiance in winter property contains rats and a bunch of them from food being tossed to the ground getting things fixed is an issuers do to lazy manintiance and lower level will have major problems with water property will b damaged

I am very happy with this apartment, the floor plan is great, the location is good and the amenities are better than I have had at most places. Laundry is in the basement so you don't have to go outside and each apartment comes with a storage unit and car port. The only down sides are that they don't allow pets and the stove is gas. But other than that I do enjoy living here.

Westland Capri is a beautiful apartment complex that offers FREE WATER AND TRASH PICKUP, along with unlimited pool access and freshly cut grass! It is pet friendly and very clean, a great place to do laundry and store your belongings. Minutes away from Hines-drive and Livonia-Westland public schools!! If you want a safe and happy place to live that's moderately priced, then Westland Capri is the place to be! Ask for Denise, she's friendly and extremely helpful!

The lady in the office is quite rude so I removed them from the list of potential locations for consideration.
