Western Hills Apartments

It’s honestly the best apartment I’ve stayed in at an affordable price here in TN. The amenities are decent. The staff is forthcoming and caring. No noise, and people are held accountable for their actions. It’s clean. Apartment repairs are done pretty quickly. Can’t really complain.

Couldn't ask for a better apartment complex. It is close to everything in Nashville. It has a fence so it feels safe. We never had any problems with neighbors. The office staff were always helpful, polite, and they responded in a timely manner. We never had any problem with appliances or fixtures. We lived here for 2 years.

I moved to Nashville in early February and Laura and Ronesha have been the best, sweetest and most genuine property managers I've ever met. They really make this place a great apartment complex to live in, from the contests to the emails checking up on us. Even during the governor's stay at home order and financial difficulties, they have worked with me and made me grateful that I've found this place. On top of that, whenever there is a problem with my apartment, the work order is dispatched right away and the problem is always fixed within that same hour! Amazing. Location wise, this place is perfect. Less than 10 minutes from Nashville West and pretty much anything you could want, from car repair shops, to liquor stores, to furniture stores. Really a hidden gem here and I really don't see myself leaving anytime soon. At all. Thank you Ronesha and Laura, I know people say thank you all the time but I just wanted to add to the list. I can't tell you how grateful I am that you guys treat everyone in such a nice way.

The staff, neighbors, and grounds are all amazing! My apartment is newly renovated and is a great size and price, especially in comparison to other places in and around Nashville.

We love the staff, neighbors, and our home at Western Hills. So much so, that we just signed another year-long lease.

Laura and Ro are AWESOME. They've made me feel like I'm the only tenant in the complex with how quickly they respond and how close of attention they pay to me. It's a great home for a GREAT price and in a safe area...Didn't know a big city could feel so much like home. 5 Stars and would 10/10 recommend.

I have lived at Western Hills Apartments for almost 3 years now and this has by far been the best renting experience I've ever had. The management, office workers, and maintenance staff have always been so helpful and kind and are all very communicative with the residents. Any maintenance issues I've had have been resolved the same day or within an appropriate time frame. I live alone so the feeling of being safe is always important and I feel completely safe in this neighborhood. I would 100% recommend anyone to rent from here!

I moved Nashville to start work at Amazon. I knew nothing about the different areas of town except that West Nashville is convenient to get downtown and much more reasonably priced. The warm reception I received from the Western Hills staff gave me reassurance that I was making the right choice for my home. The renovated apartment, staff, and nice neighbors have surpassed my expectations.

before I move here my best friend has been live here for over 4 years , and now I moved here for nearly 3 years ,love here, very comfortable envirmont and nice people to fix problem in the first time!

I went to talk to an employee about moving into an available apartment, but the employee was very rude and disrespectful. They do not have good service.

I have been living at Western Hills Apartments for over 16 years. My personal experience has been favorable. Our office staff is attentive of the residents. Laura and Ro are very responsive to any request and Sam does a great job making sure everything is repaired in a very timely manner. They are good people. They have activities for the residents and they give off a feeling of genuine kindness. The grounds have looked better in the past 2-3 years, as well. Western Hills is home to me. Rochelle P.

Have lived here for two years now — have enjoyed every minute of it. Very responsive management, quiet and peaceful neighborhood. If I ever have issues, they are resolved promptly. I am a current resident of Western Hills and in the past 7 months I have nothing but good things to say. I have called this a hidden gem since day one! It may not be the prettiest curb appeal but the new renovations inside are beautiful. The neighbors are all quiet and friendly. The pool is well maintained and beautiful. Plan on renewing my lease!

I have lived here for 6 months and really enjoyed my time! The property is a great value for the space, amenities, and location. The best part is the staff! Ro, Sam, and Laura always go above and beyond and so accommodating! Any issue I have had has been remedied quickly and effectively. Definitely recommend Western Hills!

I have been living at Western Hills for over 2 years now and I can say that it has been one of my favorite parts about living in Nashville. The property is located in a great part of the city close to the city centre and many stores while also being located in a peaceful area away from the hustle and bustle of a city. I have always felt safe and taken care of here, especially by the property management team who are extremely attentive and caring to tenants. I am very sad that I have to leave this place since I will be completing my studies!

Close to just about anything you would need, friendly community, and helpful managers at a great price. Just signed a lease renewal and couldn't be happier.

This apartment is a steal for the location. Close to downtown, all grocery stores, and a ton of great restaurants. My boyfriend and I love our apartment and the neighborhood. The office is always doing fun stuff for the residents. We plan on staying here for the next few years.

My partner and I had a quick turnaround move in date (30 days) from Maryland to Nashville. Laura did an amazing job keeping us on track and was super friendly. When we told her our timeline she stayed close with us and communicated very efficiently to make sure that our move went smoothly as possible. Even with our moving trailer and getting our internet box— she was available to help with that when we are still on the road to Nashville. If you are relocating to the Nashville area I would definitely recommend Western Hills. The property is clean, friendly maintenance folks and the Laura (Property Manager) has truly made our relocation as easy as it could be. I'm so excited to start a fresh new start in Nashville and more excited to be part of the Western Hills community.

This apartment community is awesome. We moved in a little under a year ago from out of state. We didn't have the opportunity to look at the apartment or area prior to moving in. Laura was amazing and a wonderful help. She sent pictures and helped make the process smoothly as possible, during a stressful situation. The area is very safe, the people that live here are great and the maintenance is the best I have had. Whenever there is an issue, which all mine have been minor it was fixed the next day. They really cater to your needs. The pool area stays clean as well as the property in general. Another big pro about living here is the property managers often arrange gatherings and random raffle drawings. I truly feel like they care about the property and our homes. I look forward to staying here longer. I would recommend anyone looking for somewhere to live, to stop looking and come here.

Western Hills is an absolute gem, tucked off Charlotte Pike in a quiet little complex. The apartments are quite large, affordable, and the management is amazing. Laura and Ro (and Sam too!) have done so much to create a welcoming community here. Laura and Ro are AMAZING, and GPM is lucky to have them working here. They are responsive to any request, are a pleasure to talk to, and are dedicated to making sure each resident feels heard and included. If you need something serviced in your apartment, they are on it and work within your schedule to make sure it is conveniently resolved. We moved for work, but I would certainly have stayed on here if it was an option!

I have lived on this property for 17 years. You can't beat the price for the square footage nor the location! The apartments are huge and have a ton of storage which I love! The property is well maintained. The office staff has always been nice and helpful. For the most part the maintenance has been good. Taking into consideration I have been here for 17 years......I have had some times in the past where I had to call maintenance on the same issue 3 times, but overall they get the job done.

I moved to Nashville and made Western Hills my home almost 6 months ago and I haven’t regretted it at all. This property is clean, friendly, and there are never any issues. It is an older property, but maintenance issues are handled very promptly considering the maintenance employee lives on site. Office staff are super friendly and the property welcomes pets!

This apartment is close to major highway access while having the privacy of a tree filled lot. Incredibly dog friendly and the management is wonderful to work with! They have a pool, 24 hour fitness center and even a playground. Would reccomend to a friend.

Western Hills has been a lovely place to live. The community is friendly and the neighbors look out for one another. The management is responsive and facilitates opportunities to bring the community together. Sam is a wonderful maintenance manager; he's very friendly and works hard. The rec center and pool are nice facilities. My apartment was newly renovated before I moved in. I feel safe in this community which was one of my biggest concerns in moving to Nashville. If I wasn't going to a different state, I would definitely stay at Western Hills.

I am staying here for almost 8 months now. I love this apartment for following reasons 1) Apartment management is very efficient, they take action as soon as possible. Apartment maintenance manager Sam responds to every request very quickly and he works on the requests even after business hours based on the urgency of the request. 2) Location is perfect. Costco, Walmart, Kroger, Planet Fitness, Shopping centers, Nashville Downtown and many more things are in the vicinity of 1-5 miles. 3) It is a gated apartment. Gate closes in evening. You feel safe and peaceful in this apartment. 4) Premises of the apartment is very clean and well maintained. Swimming pool, Tennis court, and lawn are in very good condition. 5) My neighbors are very good and helpful. 6) Apartment units are being equipped with latest appliances. In my unit, Heater, Fridge, Dishwasher, Exhaust, Gas- Oven, Ceiling Fans, Kitchen sink, Blinds, light switches, washbasin, and commode pot are new. I would definitely recommend this apartment to everyone who is looking for new apartments in Nashville

I've lived in east Nashville, Madison, Bellevue and now west Nashville. Western Hills has been the best apartment. It's quiet and the 3 maintenance issues in the 9 months I've lived here were all taken care of very quickly.

Apartments are old and not well maintained. Floors squeak on top and bottom floors. Maintenance staff take their time to respond. Not worth the price at all.
