I have nothing bad at all to say about this apartment. Good area, very friendly people, and affordable! Everything is very easy to use and has just about anything you can think of already set up in the place.

I recently moved out because I bought my own home. It is a nice quiet neighborhood. The maintenance crew was always responsive to any issues. Competitive pricing. I enjoyed my time living there.
My mother has been in this apartment for a few years now. She loves the location and always feels safe. Property is always well-maintained and clean. I definitely recommend this property/location to anyone!!
Rent goes up yearly. Lived there for 3.5 yrs. Rent increase is about $10 per year. Wifi is slower than a dial up modem so expect to get your own internet services. Background check is regid. Maintenance requests were prompt. Parking can be a problem depending on which unit/ building you are located. In my opionio rent is to high for what is provided.

I lived here for a little over 2 years and was a great for me and my fiancé. She worked at a local hospital and I worked on the west side of Evansville. Because of its location we could get to anywhere fast. The landlord is always keeping us informed of the community and made us feel at home. He was super responsive and kind to my fiancé. You simply can't beat this price, location and management.
I lived at Western Hills for several years and was very happy with my experience. The landlord was responsive with any concerns. It’s a nice quiet neighborhood. I enjoyed it because it was close to several west side businesses, but still enough off a main road that I didn’t feel like I was living in the middle of the city. It was perfect transition for me into apartment living!
Clean and friendly staff. Love that they allow cats. Very basic one bedroom. Apartment has great potential.
Lived here a year and the free wifi is less than up to par. Can't even load Google without waiting 5 minutes. The complex is alright with the parking and laundry facilities included. Landlord is easy to get a hold of with questions and concerns but the rent is a little high compared to some other places. Maybe not the first place I'd move into Id known about some other apartments on the Westside of Evansville.
