What you pay, what you get! If you have the patience to deal with mice and take months to fix thing in your apartment! You save about average $100/month compared to similar size properties in this area! It only fix water leak right away if it bother other neighbors! You will get used to property manager Gloria no patience personality over time! After all, it is a cheap property with 2 sets of laundry washer & dryer on each floors except the 4th floor! A lot of time, washer & dryer won't work!

Do not move here..i repeat do not move here. Landlady is rude and think having mice is a joke...keep looking...i reported her to the city...i want to call the news on her

The apartment units are clean but they are not keeping up with their utilities when you call them to fix something they do a horrible job and it's infested with mice then I noticed in my bathroom mold behind the wall I wouldn't know if I didn't run the shower like I do

This is the worst customer service I’ve ever received in my life. This apartment is dusty, dirty, and run down. I came to check out the apartment and had to wait at the door and the manager happened to walk by and open the door. She as a person was not appeasing. She was rude, unprofessional and seemed as if she hated her job. I had to ask her questions about the process and she seemed irritated with every question I asked her. I went ahead and applied just to see if I would get accepted. She told me it would take a day to see if I would get accepted. It has been now a week and I’ve called the phone number she provided me with after faxing over all of my information. I’ve never received a call, an email or anything. I wouldn’t recommend this apartment due to the lack of caring and compassion from the manager Gloria. Everytime I’ve called, it goes straight to voicemail and the mailbox is full.

I really wanted to view an apartment here. I spoke with Gloria and told her that I was coming in Ann's when I got there I didn't understand how to buzz for the office so I called and told her I was in the front. So she says something about having an emergency and that she'll just bring the app spam and for me to being it back the next day. I didn't like the tone in her voice whatsoever! It was very rude and when she came down with the application, she just handed it to me and walked off. I didn't feel welcomed or anything! So I will look elsewhere. I'm very upset that I came after work expecting to see an apartment and I didn't get to see anything. So no I will not be applying here
