I love Westbury! The apartments are well kept up with, rent is shockingly low. Maintenance responds to calls within the day. Management is nice and constantly making the property better. This place is a hidden gem.
rent is low and the people here are friendly Management is awesome they have been updating everything. So far amazing apartments for the price no complaints
I have lived here for over 2 years. It's sad that I had to file a police report because another tenant took my Amazon package. Thieves are a nusance and they make people not want to live here.
Colby, the manager is great! I've lived here a year now and repairs are prompt, the property is clean, and the apartments are nice.
My friend and I have been by to tour an apartment three times with no luck. We emailed them the Friday before we went out and we have yet to receive an email back, it has been almost a week. The first time we went they were closed. The second time she said she was busy and set up an appointment for us. The third time we showed up at our appointment time, and the office was closed. The sign said they would return at 10am, but it was 11am. This is absolutely ridiculous, and the woman in charge should definitely be fired.
Our tub broke and when they replaced it after 2 months there was mild growing on the wall and in the wood. When I informed them they came sprayed regular cleaner on it and said that will do. We always have bugs and not just roaches. Other tenant have had electrical fires and plumbing issues. This place is just a dump!
