These apartments are in a great neighborhood. They have a great trail that leads to a park and also wonderful for walking your dogs. Maintenance staff is friendly and they fix things in a timely manner.

Lots of space! Walking distance to mostly anywhere. My 1 bedroom is the size of a 2 bedroom! Maintenance comes within 24 hours for non emergency calls. Nice big park behind complex

Very spacious..nice area..and convenient to many places..I do feel safe..i have been here for 5 years and things have changed for the better

We have lived here in the 3 bedroom townhomes. I enjoy all of the space. Great price for the amount of room we have. Only thing I do wish is they had more maintenance people to get things done faster. Great area as well. Close to multiple different stores/restaurants.

This is my first apartment and I’ve been living here for almost 9 months now and I can say for this to be my first I really enjoy this apartment. The leasing office were great guiding me and my mother for the help to know what’s right for me. The area is quiet and the apartments are more spacious than you think and I live in a one bedroom. Everything is walking distance. I love this area

I will definitely say this townhouse we live in has been great for my family. Perfect size and we are comfortable where we live. Thank you guys for a great community that we live in! Office always returns calls or always there if I need something. Greatly appreciate you guys.

I lived here35 yrs ago, and when I needed to move I came back here. Perfect location for me . I work at 3 different locations and can get there in 8 minutes. Also, you can't find a larger floor plan for the price! Maintenance has been prompt and pleasant. Property management easily accessible.

My son and I love this place! We have the 2 bedroom with 1260 sq feet. He has the master bedroom with his own bathroom with a double closet, and space to be a teenager. We are walking distance to several restaurants, shopping, and Robison park as a back yard. The community makes this feel like home, and the affordability keeps us here!!!

My apartment is huge!! It’s clean and if I ever have a problem the maintenance man is on top of it!! The office staff are friendly and very helpful. I’ve never had a problem that hasn’t been solved quickly and efficiently in the 4 1/2 years I’ve been here. I highly recommend coming and checking this place out for yourself!! I’m so grateful I did!!

I have lived in Westbury Harbour for a few years now and can honestly say my family and I have been comfortable the whole time. Office manager Amber is very kind and always gets back to me if I have an issue or even just a question. Great communication in my experience. I have made a few calls to maintenance since we moved in, but every issue is always addressed. Bobby the maintenance man is also very kind and explains what I need to know on what he is fixing. Great communication as well. The community grill area has always been clean any time I’ve ever used it. It is nice to have an area to gather with your family and enjoy being outside. Overall, I would recommend Westbury to anyone who would like an affordable quiet place to live.

The maintenance team is terrible and very short handed, so they are consistently late in completing your requests. I had to call dozens of times before my needs were met things were fixed. WE HAD COCKROACHES that were never fully exterminated, and we never received money off rent or any incentives to stay. Lastly, because we turned in out 30-day leave notice 5 days late, they are suing us for an additional months rent for which we never lived there. THEY ARE AWFUL.

The rent is a great price and have had no issues with maintenance or anything. Great response times from the landlady

This is a great area to live in. A bunch of food places around. The mall is about a 5 min drive from here. And also everyone is very friendly and kind

I was apprehensive on this place after reading some of the negative reviews - since this was going to be my first apartment. I decided to go ahead and and take a tour and see what happened. Amber, the manager was extremely kind and very thorough in explaining everything. I decided to go ahead and apply. I moved in about a month ago and have had literally no problems. All of my neighbors have been great. I’m right down the street from my work and then right next to everything I could want to do at Westport village. I would recommend this place to any of my family or friends!

I’m coming up on the last month of my 12 month lease and plan on renewing for at least another year. These apartments are HUGE! I had so many things and there is plenty of storage. I’ve only had a couple maintenance requests since I’ve been here and they have always come out and taken care of it within a couple days. Amber and Bobby are always say hello to me when they see me outside! For the area, the rent is really affordable. Plus I’m getting my free month of rent in Dec which is amazing for holiday savings!

Wanted to say thank you to the wonderful hard working staff at this community for not just providing a place to live, but providing a place I call home. It’s a beautiful property that’s very spacious in a amazing location of st Mathews. Keep up the great work you all are doing here. From Anthony

The rent is good for a two bedroom, two bath. The people in the office are nice and are helpful on their own time. Besides a few problems, this place overall isn’t bad for anyone looking for their first apartment or somewhere to start a family. The neighbors are friendly but package thief is common. Overall Westbury is a nice apartment complex.

Master Bedroom:Far right corner: water damage and mold on wall and carpet, Wall is wet and malleable when touched, Wall is stained and has signs of mold, Mold under carpet in same corner, carpet able to be lifted up and not secured down, over spray from paint on carpet due to lack of proper prep. Closet: Panel is off and not connected to wall showing pipes and ground, the closet rods are bent. Master Bath: Under sink the cabinet has a massive hole in it revealing the ground underneath the building (ie. Dirt and access for bugs and other animals) Hallway: Ceiling halfway down hallway has water damage and is cold and wet to touch Hallway closet door does not fit and does not stay in the tracks Physical damage to the wall next to the door that I was told would be fixed but is not fixed Physical damage guest bathroom door Carpet leading into kitchen is lifting up, the transition strip is damaged Floor leading into guest bathroom coming up Mold/stains on guest bath door frame Kitchen: Drawer next to refrigerator not on runner or tracks to keep it in place when opening. Missing bottom loading rack to dishwasher Kitchen cabinets are unlevel and doors do not fully close or have gaps when closed Drawer near sink has loose front part that almost came off when I tried to open it Base trim through entire apartment has gashes and scuffs throughout the apartment.

Maintenance sucks I’ve had heating and cooling problems since I first moved in and it’s still not fixed. The rent office never answers the phone unless your late on rent. Very old carpets they wouldn’t replace. This place sucks 0/10

You have to call maintenance 4 or 5 times before they come and fix anything and when it does get fixed it's only fixed temporarily. My apartment got to the point where I didn't care anymore because our lease was about to be up. When we moved in the carpet was soo nasty from the previous tenants and they did nothing about it. The mold in the bathroom is God awful and even if you have no where to go I still wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I don't care how cheap it is for the area, it is not worth a penny to live here. Reconsider before moving here! If I could give it zero stars I would

The building is in poor repair, the manager is rude, nothing gets fixed, and the bugs and mildew are never ending.

The condition of these buildings is just terrible. They were shut down years ago for roaches, and mice infestation. The roofs leak, you can clearly see they are probably 20+ years old. Emily was the name of the property manager and she was a very unpleasant woman. Very rude, invasive and cut throat. Would not recommend this place for families, or anyone that actually cares about the condition of the buildings, or who your neighbors are.

I had an appointment last week at 12:30 to come look at the 2 bed room & 1 bath . I set up an appointment came to the apartment complex . I sat there for a hour no one showed up called me or anything that is very unprofessional. I’m just trying to a roof over me & my kid head so I won’t be homeless
