Property Ratings at West Woods Apartments
It’s really nice and the one bedroom feels bigger than it is because the designers knew how to make the rooms feel bigger. I will say I keeep struggling with the gate but the apartment people are so nice they’ll probably be able to help.
It’s been great so far, pretty quiet and comfortable. I’ve only complained once about a neighbor and that was resolved. I wish people would just be mindful of others and the constant noise, especially if they live above you.
Just moved in but so far everything is wonderful! Management has been so helpful and kind. The community is beautiful and well kept. Plenty of parking
Since moving in on Friday and dealing with some unexpected issues, all I can say is that the staff is absolutely fantastic to work with and will go above and beyond to help out!

Nice quiet community so far. I haven’t been living here too long but I haven’t had many problems yet. I would recommend West Woods to others.
Excellent place to live, close to everything. Very quiet and with well-maintained green areas. The receptionists are very friendly and attentive. The pool area has everything you need, as does the gym. For these reasons, I just renewed my contract again.
Just moved in and loving it! Smooth move-in process, friendly community, and great amenities. Excited to call this place home! The office was great!

Building manager Ashley is very sweet and coordinated!! She makes sure everything is taken seriously and stays running smoothly. I have lived here for 2 going on 3 years now and this is the first year I felt like what I had to say was being taken seriously as far as residential conditions and concerns!
Staff was very professional, knowledgeable and kind to me. Apartment complex feels safe and has a great layout with plenty of amenities. My actual apartment was very clean upon checking in and is spacious. Can't recommend this property enough!
So far it’s a great community to be apart of its quiet. Everyone minds their business but the neighbors are really cool and nice. The community is in a great locatio with easy access to everything.
We love it!! The property is beautiful! Office staff very friendly! Quiet and cozy! Move in day was easy! Love the dog park and have taken advantage of it multiple times for our fur babies. My daughter can not wait for summer to swim in the pool!!
My experience as a resident has been incredibly pleasant. The apartment community itself is well-maintained and has a really welcoming atmosphere. The management team seems to be respectful, responsive and helpful. I feel safe and comfortable in the community, and the amenities are excellent, from the dog spa to the common areas. Overall, I am very pleased.

Been living here 5 years and overall I enjoy living here. My issue is the same, too many dog owners not picking up after their dog. It's annoying and inconsiderate to others.

Just recently moved in from a different state but Brannan has been absolutely fantastic! The pools are clean and the landscaping is absolutely amazing
The community appears very nice and our neighbor welcomed us. But there seems like it takes a while to get tickets took care of and had a more tickets to put in when I moved than I should have.
Move-in has been an easy process here. Apartment was really clean upon arrival, there a slight issue but maintenance took care of it right away.
I love the community, but the pools are so dirty all the time! I’ve talked to many other neighbors who have the same opinion. The gates are left wide open far too often, and the complex does not keep spare parts for anything that could possibly go wrong with them. Therefore, it doesn’t seem to provide much safety when it comes down to that.
We love living here! In our second year!!! Amenities are accommodating, the grill is our favorite!! The staff is efficient and friendly. The pool is always kept clean.
Great experience at westwoods!! Establishment is always well kept. Front desk is always very nice and helpful! To top it off if any maintenance is needed it’s always quick respond!
I basically enjoy living here but struggle with the noise from the tenants above me! It’s too bad more sound proofing was not used when the units were being built.

The apartments used to be awesome until new management recently arrived. The new manager stays locked in her office hiding at times and seems to have no clue what’s happening. Would have always recommended until recently. The maintenance people are awesome though.
Was very happy with the move in process. Very easy. Had a little snag because we arrived on a Sunday but office was closed. Called maintenance and was able to get keys
On move in, my apartment was a mess. I had to hire a cleaning crew to clean dog hair out of the fridge, clean the living areas, balcony, etc. However since then, it has been a pleasurable experience living here with great maintenance staff and great communication from the office staff.
Lovely so far I like the screen in patio and spacious apartment. 10/10 I recommend it for everyone. Great friendly staff and great amenities

i love my apartment so far. the staff members are very nice as well. only thing i would say is that you have to go up to the apartments in person because it’s very hard to get someone via the phone.
Awesome and friendly, we’ve lived here for about 2 years now and have had very little issues. But all issues have been resolved in a quick manner
Thin walls between floors so if you have loud neighbors you hear them walking and pulling out chairs in their units all the time. other than that we enjoy living here.
The community is great. When I first moved in the apartment could have been cleaned better, the bathrooms were dirty, there was pet hair around the apartment and the porch was very dirty with chalk drawings and command strips still around the ceiling. The pools are always clean and there hasn’t been a lot of obnoxious noise around the buildings.
Me and my wife love love LOVE living here. We’ve been here for almost a year now and definitely intend on renewing our lease. It’s extremely quiet even though a main interstate and crazy busy road is right next to us, high level and super friendly staff, and the most peaceful environment with just the right amount of amenities. One thing that would make this community so much better would be maybe a community online board for communication (selling items, making friends, small groups etc.) and definitely community events and hangouts. As far as we know there’s none of that and it does feel kind of lonely, we’d love to make more friends here

I love the lay out of the buildings as I have a dog and the sidewalks and layout makes for easy walking. I also like the grounds.... beautiful plants and trees. I have also met some very friendly people and being new to the area this is a plus.
Been here nearly a year and loving it. Hoping the rent prices stay stable next leasing term so we can stay here forever. Quiet, 2 pools, 2 gyms, plenty of parking, pet friendly.
