Property Ratings at West Wind Landing Apartments & Townhomes
The Westwind Landing apartments are an outstanding value and the marsh views are fantastic. We have lived here since the end of July and have enjoyed the quiet neighbors, pet friendly environment, and pleasant attitude of the management. The cost of moving in was more than reasonable and in fact out deposit was only 99 dollars. The wood fireplace is a fantastic amenity and when it is cool enough to use it makes the cool weather enjoyable. The location is only a few miles from Tybee Island and has quick access to the Truman Parkway and the rest of Savannah. The island schools are outstanding and Wilmington Island has a variety of restaurants, convenient shopping, and a small town feel. All apartment living has some issues but, I believe only people with caviar taste and a catfish budget would find major issues. The cicadas, spiders, and outdoor life are an integral part of marsh and island life. I would challenge anyone to find a more attractive complex for the money.
Location is wonderful, good schools and near the beach. Your home will be covered in bug carcasses, cob webs, spider webs and your pets will be flying bugs, spiders and cicadas. Outside of that don’t rely on the office or maintenance, the minimum is what you will always receive.
