The management takes pride in this property. I appreciated the quiet buildings and clean hallways. If you have a loud vehicle this probably isn't the place for you.

Great place to live. Only downside is the very loud neighbors all day and even throughout the night.

Great area, close to everything and wonderful walking paths/parks nearby. Units are so quiet and everyone is super respectful. Amber is great and always so accommodating. Maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner. Have rented from them multiple times and have always been my favorite! Highly recommend.

I really loved this place! Close to the grocery store, taverns, and gym! These places are decently priced and you don’t have to pay for heating, which is huge for negative temperatures. Maintence is super quick to fixe problems!

With so many options in the Fargo Moorhead area, we were so glad to find this place. We’re heading into our sixth year and couldn’t be happier. I’ve spoken with the owners a couple times and they are very nice people! The property manager Amber is really great to deal with as well. No need to look any further. Plus I love the oversized garage.

The landlord is always available, quiet building with a very updated layout. The prices are awesome for the area and the surroundings are fresh and always developing!

I absolutely love living in West Ridge Apartments ! I love the open concept and hardwood floors. I also picked an apartment with the most sunlight so I get to see some of the most beautiful sunsets ?? it’s a great, safe area that is walking distance from a grocery store, restaurants , coffee shops etc. It’s a great company to rent from and Amber is an amazing manager ! She is friendly, makes you feel welcomed, and is so easy to get in contact with. Would highly recommend these apartments !!

I recently moved to West Ridge Apartments. I absolutely love the location of it! So close to veterans and 45th St.! The apartment is gorgeous! When I showed my daughters they fell in love with the set up of it! I can see so many city lights and it is very very quiet in the buildings! The tenants are all very respectful of the property and of other tenants! Amber, the property manager, is amazing to work with! She is very knowledgeable of her job and very professional! She is a Very kind and patient person and the minute you contact her about any issue at all in your apartment or the property, it is taken care of immediately!! Bucholtz properties are absolutely a five star home! Thank you Amber for finding this amazing apartment for me that I now call home!!

The apartments are really nice and quiet. I loved that the apartments came with garages and automatic openers. The apartments felt really spacious, but had a comforting "homey" feeling. They are located in a really nice, safe area of the city next to a school, several parks, and a bike path The management is great as well. If you tell them that there is a problem, they send someone to fix it right away. I would definitely recommend these apartments.

We lived in a 2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom at West Ridge and loved everything about it! They are absolutely beautiful. The apartment had a really open concept with hardwood floors, high ceilings, washer and dryer in unit, stainless steel appliances, and a 2 stall garage. The complex also features an elevator and security access to the building. Management is very approachable, understanding, and easy to get in contact with. The area is excellent as it sits between Veterans Blvd. and 45th Street in Fargo making it easy to get to anything you need (groceries, hospital, restaurants, shopping, etc.) and is also very family friendly as it is very close to several parks including a dog park and a bike path. I highly recommend these apartments!

I've been living here for just over a year, and am very pleased with both the apartment and the company. Apartments are large and spacious, with great appliances and hard wood floors. When I have visitors, they always comment on how nice it is! I love having a balcony and a big kitchen, as well as a dishwasher and washer/dryer. Area is very safe and quiet, insulated by several fields and housing developments. It's located right next to a park with a bike path. There's also a grocery store, gym and some restaurants/bars within easy walking distance. If you want the luxury of a nice apartment in a quiet urban area, this is a perfect fit for you.
