If you are in lake charles temporarily or long term, this is a good place to live. Very convenient, quiet, great amenities, nice events every once in a while, good place to be in general.

The property is beautiful, however there are things that happen here that is kept silent from residents. The office staff is nice, but they aren't open with a lot which seems to be for various reasons. Gates don't always work and the lack of security doesn't help. Charges are also going up for trash per person instead of unit. Saying "internet/cable is included" is misleading because it's additional to the basic rent along with valet trash, water and sewer. The amount you see online - add $100 for internet and cable (not optional).

Have no issues with West M, all matters are taken care of locally and professionally in manner that has been the very highlight of why I've enjoyed living in this community for past 4 years. Even during the non-forseen storms here in the Lake Charles, LA area West M have been there for their residents needs and service. I stay was well provided for and kept informed never having to leave my place of comfort. Thank you West M and your very excellent team of personnel.
I love it here! The staff are so friendly and helpful. Whenever I have an issue they always make sure its resolved to my satisfaction! Its amazing!
West M has been a great place for me to stay here in Lake Charles. If nothing else, their prompt resolution of the devastation from the hurricanes is an indication of the commitment of the management and staff to this community. I'm very grateful that I could stay in a clean, updated, and spacious apartment for a decent price!

Love love love living at West M. I feel like Im part of a family instead of a tenant. Moving here was the BEST decision.
West M is a great place to live. Friendly staff, maintenance workers attentive and taking care of any problems that arise. They have been amazing after the hurricane. Getting generators for buildings, clean up and repair. Trying to make life as normal as possible for us.
Any time I've required help or any services dealing with my living quarters or anything associated with the property the staff here was well to listen and take care of the manner immediately. I commend all them at this time how well they are taking care of their residents due to Hurricane Laura. I stayed through out the ordeal and still residing in my apartment. All have been very helpful, watchful and alert to every ones needs and request. Jason has done an excellent job taking care of the complex and it's tenants as a whole with the damage that West M suffered from a terrific storm that had hit Louisiana's South West region especially here in Lake Charles area.
I have lived there for 1 month. So far is has been great. Its close to a lot of jobs and close to my school.
I have been at West M almost 5 years and if the Lords willing I will be there 5 more if Im blessed. The staff is amazing and the quality of living there is excellent.
LADY'S IN THE OFFICE ARE VERY HELPFUL!! MAINTENANCE GUYS GO THE EXTRA MILE FOR YOU. GREAT EXPERIENCE.

I have been here going on 4 years now and been very satisfied with the administration, maintenance, conduct and services BH Management/ West M Apartments supply their tenants. Up keep of the facilities very professional in holding the community appearance, housing rich in look and the area nice and safe.
This is a wonderful place to live. Very well kept, clean and up to date. no disappointments at all.
Very quiet!! Wonderful amenities and an amazing outdoor kitchen! The fitness center is excellent and the maintenance staff are very diligent and professional!
Just moved into a newly constructed section of this complex. Beautiful appliances, large rooms and very close to all amenities. Have had several problems already with issues I feel are due to quick construction but with every issue that has arisen the maintenance men have come within 12-24 hours of my service request and fixed the issues! :) The amenities here are the best in Lake Charles - amazing pool, great gym, dog park, playground and car wash coming. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Great atmosphere - we love it here!!!!
