The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at West Court Apartments
When I first moved here it was my first apartment just like anyone moving into their first apartment I felt that this was the place for me when I first moved in I didnt have shelves in my linen closet and my kitchen window didnt have any screens I was informed that within a week they would come and put the shelves and the screens in I'm not a hard person to please so I took their word and moved on as time went by I never recieved my shelves or screens and also the maintenance of the apartment just started to get worse I have been here for almost 3 years amd I just recently got my shelves installed still no screens in my window the medicine closet keeps falling out everytime I open it the heat doesnt warm the house and the air doesnt cool it down I have a hole in my kitchen ceiling that was supposed to be fixed months ago and everytime u reach out to maintenance its a different story on why he wasnt able to do it within the first 2 months of me staying here my car was broken in to and stolen I told the management and it was nothing she could do because the surveillance signt they have out side are a a lie my living room window is broken and has been broken for years now and everytime the wind is blowing very hard it knocks the window out which is a safety hazard there arent any roaches but I have seen a mouse I told maintenance and all the did was lay sticky paper down which didnt work its so much more I can say about this apartment but my hands are tired of typing so overall I personally wouldnt recommend the apartments but everyone wont have the experience I am having I will say the only good thing is that the rent is based on income so its affordable if u dont make much money
When I first moved here I and my family were concerned about the area. We heard rumors it was unsafe. I got an alarm system installed to insure my family and I would feel safe. However I found the area to be surprisingly quiet with a sense of community. My daughter loves playing on the property's playground. The apartments are older and aren't the most modern but they are spacious. I would like more storage space and more maintenance staff because there is one for the property which makes getting work done in a timely manner problematic. All in all it's a nice community.
my apartment is small and cozy, very comfortable, they have just installed new tub/shower great owners although neighborhood is not the best the apartment is Wonderful
