Alice was extremely helpful in my application process and stayed on top of making sure our experience went as smoothly as possible
I’ve been a resident at Wesley Hampstead for approximately three years and it has been a pleasure living here. The community is safe, and there are Curtesy Officers, and County Police Officers that patrol the community often to deter crime. Officers are friendly, and don’t mind stopping to simply say hello. Management, Maintenance, to the Landscaping technicians are very kind, respectful, and work very hard to quickly and efficiently meet residents needs and concerns. Wesley Hampstead is a clean community, and the amenities are well kept. I also enjoy and appreciate the events hosted by Wesley Hampstead Manager, Ms. Kessler. Events like movie night at the pool, game nights, etc.-food and music included. These events are free of charge for residents and gives families fun activities to do without leaving the property. All in all I would highly recommend this property to friends and family. It’s been a pleasure living here!

I have lived here since 2021 with my family. Our experience has been nothing but wonderful. The whole staff is very accommodating, led by a truly inspiring manager. Summers are never boring around here!

When we first moved in, the Forst thing I noticed was how clean this property is. The buildings were spotless. I also love how they have workers pick up trash throughout the week. The leasing management is also very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it.

I had no issues with the apartment's at all. Only thing was for no reason at all my rent would rise & rise. Front office played stupid. I dated the girl below me. she had the same issue. We both felt helpless

I’ve lived in this complex since 2018 and I’ve never had any major issues. The community is nice and the neighbors are friendly. The leasing manager is great! She always helps when I need questions answered etc. I would recommend living here.

I’ve never had issues, there’s roaches outside but I’ve never seen 1 roach inside, maintenance actually comes in 2 to 3 days, that’s everything you could ask for. The people in the office is nice too minus one. It’s worth the price and I would recommend this place to anyone.

I have lived here since August 2012 and for the most part, it has been OK. However, the rent has gone up exponentially in the last five years I have been here. It sucks but I get it. Having said that, I signed a 12 month lease back in May and now am being charged along with the monthly rent a month-to-month fee of 150 dollars. This is something I never agreed to. To make matters worse, the parking lots are also full of cars with expired tags, as if people who are avoiding the repo people are hiding them at the expense of the tenants who live here. The garbage disposal is always out and the free carpet cleaning they are supposed to do every year when the lease is renewed? Never happened. I made a big mistake renewing my lease here. Don't make the mistake of moving here. There are much better options in Lithia Springs than this location.
The office staff are horrible including the manager. They have no customer service skills. Brief overview of my experience: 1. I was told I had one apt and filled out all pay work, and was given another and had to pay more 2. The 2nd night I was there someone stole my tires off my car and left on bricks 3. The internet sucks... They make you pay for a internet service included in the rent and it doesn't work. It hasn't worked since I moved here... I could go on for days... Take my advice and go somewhere else quick it's a nightmare??
