Costs too much, hard to reach a person when there's an issue

The staff are all top notch in my books. I've lived here going on 11 years and wouldn't consider living anywhere else!

Parc 1010 can’t be beat! They made the move-in experience very easy for me and I’m very happy with my apartment!

Friendly staff, streamline application, great amenities.

I am a newly minted Tulsa resident, I looked at many apartments in the Tulsa area but Parc 1010's staff and reputation for taking care of the residents really set them apart. I was making a long distance move which meant I had a million questions and needs trying to plan such a large move. Both Hannah and Nicole were right there for everything I needed. My actual move had a few very frustrating hiccups but when I got to Parc 1010 they were so welcoming and truly helped turn around some really tough days. I would recommend this place for a variety of reasons, but most of all the staff. The location is quite and just across the road from the river trails.

They have the audacity to call themselves "luxury apartments" when in reality they are outdated and dirty. When I moved in my apartment had a nasty stain in the carpet and was in general unclean even though the guy at the front desk said it was "professionally cleansed" twice. And they HAVE ROACHES!!

Management was very nice and made the move in process very easy. Signing the lease and getting approved was quick. There are great amenities and I haven’t had any issues with finding parking close to my building.

My time at Parc 1010 Apartments left much to be desired. While the initial impression seemed promising, the reality quickly set in.

Cars get broken into daily. Two gates are broken so the homeless keeps coming in. Need more cameras if the gates are gonna stay broken. Can’t bring more than 3 people to the pool. Office personnel sucks. They will not call you back even after calling and leaving voicemails and they don’t answer. We need better security. Take control over the big dogs that bark continuously when a renter complains. And the rent and fees keep going up even with all these issues. Overall like my apartment but just wish the issues would be fixed so I can feel safe and comfortable living here. And I’ve tried contacting about these issues.

Parc 1010 is a great place to live! I stay here by myself and have my son on the weekends. Management is always trying to get tennants to participate in community activities ( I don't usually join as I am a typical millennial loner) that seem really fun. Taking out the trash here is simple, just set it outside your door on the designated time and dates and the rest is taken care of.

Parc 1010 has been a great place to live! The apartments are well kept and maintained, which makes it a comfortable and pleasant environment. The complex is always clean and tidy, and the rent is affordable for the amenities provided. I'm very satisfied with my experience here!

Girls in the office are great. They know their stuff. They answered every question I had and gave me a great tour

Overall everything has been good to me. It’s spacious, safe, the maintenance comes quickly, and they have events for residents. I would like update appliance and for them to close the front gate. We have valet trash that we have to bring the empty trash can in the morning which I don’t care for. But I been here 3 years and always felt safe as a single woman. Pest control is good just want them to come more frequently. Never had issues with mice or anything. Neighbors are quiet. Gym is good and the pool is clean.

The Parc 1010 staff were approachable and easy to work with. The apartments are modestly updated with flooring and appliances, creating a comfortable and welcoming home environment.

Well with some exceptions it's a nice place to live. Parc 1010 is just outside where most of the crime is happening. I haven't worried about not being safe here. The management team and maintenance team are pretty awesome.

I think it's one of the best places I've rented! Be aware that rent will have fees added on for all the lovely services here so budget for that. Peacefully community and roomy apartments!

I loved living in this community, now not so much. Management is not friendly

Since moving into Parc 1010 apartments, I've had a fantastic experience. The amenities are excellent, and the staff is both professional and helpful. I would wholeheartedly recommend these apartments to anyone seeking an affordable, well-located, and relaxing place to live. It's a solid 10/10 recommendation.

When you think of the word Home, most don't think of apartments, most think of a house with land, these apartments and the staff make it feel like home. The greeting with smiles, the friendly maintenance team, they always do their best. The ladies in the office are a joy, very professional. If you want a place to call Home, this is it for you.

It’s a bad place to live. Management and maintenance don’t care about their tenants.

I absolutely love it here. I’m a first time renter and everything from applying to moving in and even needing maintenance has been super easy! I feel very safe around the complex and I love that it’s super well maintained. Any problem I’ve had has been fixed immediately. Everyone has been super nice and I legitimately wouldn’t want to live anywhere else.

Overall out of a 5 star review I rate it a 4.8. This place is excellent and the staff here is great. Nice quiet community well lit areas. I have recommended it to several people.

lots of maintenance issues. Some fixed, some not fixed. Appliances are all very old and dated.

I currently live at Parc 1010 apartments and I love my apartment. The maintenance is great and fast, and the office is so accommodating with any of my issues. I am signing a new lease next month and have referred my friends to move in as well.

Parc 1010 management has a very nice community, while with a pool and fitness center they have movie night by the pool with popcorn and drinks. Very nice.

I’ve lived here for 3 years and love it here. Management has always been friendly and helpful. On the few occasions I’ve needed maintenance they responded quickly and made sure all issues were resolved.

I move in next month and the ladies in the office have helped me do everything for my move in. It’s been so easy. I have met some residents and they all seem very nice and I cannot wait to move in!

I absolutely love living here! The ladies in the office are always so nice and quick to assist you in anything you need. Maintenance is also quick to fix any problem you have and are super professional while working in your home. They have started doing more activities for the people that live here like pumpkin painting and a movie night. If you are looking for a place that is clean and well taken care of then Parc 1010 is the place for you!

Read this before moving in ! When we moved in it was amazing til they send you the bbbiiilllll !!!! The don’t tell you they raise the rent add fees that make no sense . They say oh the internet is free but it’s not ! They charge you for using internet that you don’t need nor asked for . You call and asked to take it off they just laugh and hang up . They have a soooo called trash service when they don’t even pick up your trash have the time yet they charge you aaaannnndddd give you a fee if you put your trash out to early / too late ? I’m still puzzled by that. They state it’s luxury living! Ha yeah right . There poop everywhere you walk , you try and decorate your porch but noooo ya can’t . I got a fee for having a shade hanging up to block the sun while I’m out having dinner on my porch. It’s not hurting anyone. They said it was not up to standards??? Don’t get my started on the roaches!!!!! It’s supposed to be a gated community but the gates stay open 24/7 letting all the homeless people in. I already had 3 people attempted to break in my apartment. That would have happened if those gates were closed. Watch out for nails and screws on the parking lot . Maintenance doesn’t pick those up when they are the ones going around using them . When you use the water it smells like sewage bad! When you ask for maintenance forget about it might as well do it yourself or hire someone to do the job . I have mold growing in my bathroom ceiling it’s been 3 months now and no one has showed up and done anything about it . The mold started by ac vent leaking it took them 3 tries to fix it . Honestly don’t waste your money.

I have always loved living at Parc 1010 because there are eateries close by along with the Tulsa Hills shopping area.

The best, I don't think any place could treat you better.

I've lived here for 8 years and absolutely love it! The location is perfect with Tulsa Hills a couple of miles down the road, Walmart, fast food, and alot of other shops for your convenience! And the staff is absolutely the tops! They are so nice and so helpful!

Parc 1010 is a beautiful property along Riverside Dr with a professional staff and amenities to make your residential experience memorable.

Nice place to live but beware of the mail room, your mail can easily be put in the wrong box.

0/10 recommend. Mice infested. Lived without air conditioning for months. Hot water tank exploded. My heat was out for weeks. “Fixed” items broke again or were never fixed. Awful awful awful

Parc 1010 is a rip off and the staff habitually lie.

Great place to stay and easy to get in touch with management and maintenance.

Not worth the trouble. Expensive even though there's no security, old appliances and painted over counters called "upgraded", not to mention fees for literally everything. Why is there an admin fee and a charge for the service every month? Maintenance just walks in without 24 hour notice (in the lease that they must), grass smells horrible because it's not well maintained and people do not clean up after their animals. No security, gate code is given out because callbox doesn't work. Very poorly managed. Not worth the money.

It is the perfect location since Tulsa Hills is just down the road and there are several, several, several, fast food places to choose from if you want to run and grab a quick bite. I really like it here, problem is the cost keeps going up but my paycheck isn't growing. I wish I didn't have to think about having to move somewhere else.

There are lots of fun activities in the Parc1010 community and near the community. Many great accommodations and everyone enjoys the pool area with newly provided lounge chairs.

Parc 1010 has come a long way from the past management. The office staff is friendly and helped my application process and moving in so easy. Nicole and the rest of the management team are always there to help. I Would recommend to my friend's.

The leasing office is slow to respond and follow up.
