We have been here for 14 years. Seen a lot of people come and go. Staff has always been respectful and helpful. We know the stress that they are under trying to make everyone happy. Patience and understanding go a long way. Hopefully other residents and future residents appreciate that.We just renewed again!

It's quiet in my experience, good neighborhood, but the units are many years old, knowing that they are low income, they could improve.

One of the best complexes in the Kissimmee area. I recommend Jason and his office and maintenance team. They do a great job and make living here very pleasant, safe and easy with their efficiency and good disposition.

Honestly the place exceeded my expectations. So grateful to the staff in the offices, maintenance and the place. Very quiet and safe for me and my children. I definitely recommend the place.
This is the worst apartment that I’ve been across with this place is loaded with roach,poor customer service,dirty carpet in the apartment was dirty had to wear my socks around the apartment to keep my feet clean but still had to wash my white socks every night.Thankful my lease was only for 16 months cause I ran out of there when it was up.Unfortunately when I move to my new place I carried those nasty roaches with me.Worst apartment ever.
rude service center. would not recommend!!! the woman in the office was demanding of someone coming in and filling out an application without first mentioning there was an 8month weight on the apartment. the wait list isn't the issue it's how she spoke to customers/ clients.
The apartment I am living in is placed very appropriately. It is close to a mall, not far from attractions, and has lakes that captivates the scenic aspects of nature. The fact that it is placed not far from my works makes it convenient to get to work. People are welcoming and the community has playgrounds, a basketball court, a gym, and much more including events to accommodate all the families within the community. The perks of living here surpasses the thought of any other apartment.
