Wellington Manor Apartments

I’ve lived here 5 years! They finally have new maintenance that care about their job & get it done right! Elenor the manager is great! Definitely seeing improvements! Recommending my friend these apartments!

I've only been renting for a few months but the staff is excellent at Wellington Manor, especially the office manager Eleanor. She is a positive personality and is a wonderful person to work with. The price is great for this area and the apartments are in great shape. Pets are welcome and the deposit fee & monthly fee are very reasonable. I would recommend renting at Wellington Manor. Sharon

Since moving in to this residence three years ago, I have been treated kindly and fairly! Owners, management and staff have always been patient, professional and always friendly! Would highly recommend to friends and family!!!

I have lived here for almost a year now and everything about this complex is great, everything except the maintenance staff. Brenda, the office manager, is absolutely amazing. She cares so much and just is so incredible! I cannot say enough about how awesome she is! The area is also fantastic and everything you could need is within a few minutes driving time. But the one bad thing is definitely the maintenance team. When they finally come up and take a look at what needs to be fixed (which is never when they say they are going to) they are rude and never fix the issue that day, they always say they are going to come back tomorrow and then never do. And when they finally "fix" the issue, its never actually fixed. They are just very lazy. But other than them, I have no complaints!

Been living here for a couple years and must say that I’m loving the new management company! I see awesome changes like not charging hidden fees like water and trash, who does that anyway! The new property manager, Brenda, is so kind and always makes me feel like I’m her one and only renter no matter how busy she is! She even came and replaced a battery in my smoke detector, herself Cuz she said the maintenance guys were busy! But when I looked out my window I see the plow truck with both of the maintenance guys in there, really?!? My only complaint is the maintenance. they come and say they’ll be back tomorrow and never show up. I always see them just hanging out in the garage. Still a good place to live, close to everything and great price!

I've lived here for approx. 5 years. Each year has gotten progressively worse. Apartments all have mold, are filthy, and maintenance does a horrible job at upkeep. Police are frequently visiting the neighborhood for arrests. Drug busts are common. Management is unresponsive. Good location but that's it. Glad to finally be moving out and buying a house.

I used to live here. Dirty, run down l, and they are always trying to get rid of the absetos (I spelled that wrong) in the ceilings. They raise your rent randomly for no reason. I paid 2 electrical bills and trash fee when everyone in SYR area would throw away their trash and I am paying a fee! Please save your money it may be convenient for some but don’t do this to yourself. Awful place. Staff isn’t much better they basically read from a script.

I live in a neighboring complex and the tenants are scum. Between loud parking lot parties at 2am, litter EVERYWHERE, and their tenants bring their dogs on neighboring properties’ lawns to crap on and not pick up after themselves....I cannot wait to move out of this area.

I scheduled a tour for a one bedroom apartment. The lady told me it was ready to move into today so I took off work to come see it, I showed up and the lady said she has no idea what I’m talking about and there is nothing available. So I left. I called the office acting like somebody looking for availability and the lady said “come on in we have a one bedroom available today” so I said I was just in for a tour and they said they had nothing. The lady said “oh well come on back!” These people have no idea what’s going on and are very rude

Maitnence never shows up to fix anything. They made a hole in my ceiling and never fixed it. I asked continuously for about 6 months for them to fix it until I called code enforcement who called them about it and they claimed there was no record of me asking to fix it.

My pregnant spouse and I lived here. They refused to remove mold, cockroaches, unclog plumbing, and lied to code enforcement saying that there was no record of any maintenance issues with the apartment. Do not move here.
