The Village of Wellington is definitely horse country, and the community takes equine activities quite seriously-- the annual Winter Equestrian Festival runs from January to March, and the International Polo Club hosts matches that regularly draw big crowds of spectators. Multiple amphitheaters around town take advantage of Florida’s agreeable climate to host concerts, movie screenings, and even food truck festivals.
The schools in the area perform remarkably well, and the local crime rate is well below the state and national averages, making Wellington a very desirable community in which to raise a family. Roughly 30 minutes inland from Lake Worth and West Palm Beach, Wellington rentals offer easy access to the coast, whether for work or play.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed living at Wellington club Apartment Homes! The staff is very nice and pleasant. The community is well kept, quiet and the apartments are nice, spacious and open. In addition they're in a really good school zone with great schools. All in all, it's an A+

stayed here over 5 years, the apartments are beautiful and the staff is amazing. raised my kids in this community and definitely felt like a family community. thank you to carine and jessica for making our family feel welcome and being understanding at all times; they truly rock.
I can't say anything else but how great the service I got from Taryn, and everyone else were also extremely helpful, the area is very calm and quiet which I wouldn't ask for more. I'm currently still a resident for another year and I'm totally satisfied after my first year. I highly recommend it.

The place looks very nice. You can tell it is newly built. The apartments have great layouts and the kitchens are very nice. The rent are not as high as some of the other places and they look even better.
This apartment complex has all the common amenities and it is clean and quiet. It is near a mall and some other staples, but if you are looking to be near the beach or downtown areas, this may be a little too far west for you. The complex is about 20-30 minutes from each. A great place if you have dogs, though.
The apartment is really nice but the new management company is letting the grounds get really bad without any real upkeep. They mow, do general lawn service but the plants are dying/dead, weeds are everywhere, the grass and areas around the lake look really bad, I don't even walnt to walk around back there. There are red ant hills all over the property. Generally looking run down and unkept. The office staff is very nice and this could be so much better if the owner would only invest in the property!
