Very professional leasing/maintenance staff! Madeline and one of the maintenance techs walked us through the apartment on move in day and made sure we understood everything. It is a cute little starter apartment and we love it so far.

Absolutely LOVE living here! It’s such a clean environment and the maintenance team and rental office staff are quick to help with anything! Must live here!!!

I just moved in a few weeks ago and already love it! everyone is very friendly, the apartments are so clean and the grounds are very well kept. I feel very safe living here and love the atmosphere!

I have lived in the townhouses for 2 years, and I haven't had any issues. It is clean, and quiet, my neighbors are sweet, and whenever I need anything I call the office and someone is here very quick!

Me and my son just moved into the north side. Madeline was absolutely perfect in making this transaction so smooth for me and my son coming off our situation. So far this place has been awesome. There's been zero issues very quiet development. Very quick and responding when you need help with something or question. Sure are glad that we chose here to live

Madeline was insanely helpful during our application and move in. She clearly stated everything in the lease and made sure everything looked good before she left us to move our stuff in! They were so kind with helping out with anything we were confused on. It’s only been a week here but my boyfriend and I absolutely love it. Super clean and everything has been working smoothly.

Madeline has been very kind and patient with my wife and I. She was helpful with the transition and has a servant-hearted posture. They're positively caring for their community, and they made sure our apartment was as perfect as possible before we moved in. Easy parking, no noise in surrounding area, neighbors are quiet. All doors are operational and appliances work great!

Wellington Chase is a 5 Star Apartment Complex. They have excellent customer service, their apartments and townhomes are clean, and the apartments being very affordable for what all you get make it even better. Going into it i thought there was a catch to everything being so perfect and what I wanted, but there are none. Having all the stores and amentities you would ever need within 5 minutes is a big bonus too! Definitely would recommend anyone looking for apartments to choose Wellington Chase.

This is the first time I've had to rent an apartment. I've owned my home for almost 50 years and just downsized after my wife passed away. Madeline made the transition smooth and was very helpful. The apartment was clean upon moving in. There was an issue with the refrigerator, but it was fixed in a timely manner.

Apartments are in poor condition. Office and maintenance sneak in you apartment without notice. Everything was terrible from day 1.

My husband recently passed away and this is the first time I had to apply and venture out on my own. Madeline in the complex office was helpful and understanding, during our time together we became friends. Everyone was just great, made me feel comfortable, maintenance, my friend who lives in the complex, all my new neighbors. My new apartment was clean and it seems so quiet. I would recommend these apartments to anyone. I'm looking forward to calling this home.

Worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived at. They also will do anything they can to keep your security deposit. Management is awful and the Maintenance men are clueless and have no idea what they are doing. The entire staff should be replaced.

Me and my family just moved here and the service has been great! Very friendly staff and people. It is a great place to live if you like the quiet. This has been by far the best apartment we have lived in.

I've been moving in for the past 2 weeks, and am pleased with how attentive & accommodating management has been. Meeting neighbors has been a good experience so far, too. Mainly I'm happy to be here in this space, and look forward to living in this community.

I have lived here with my family for the past several years. We recently transferred to another townhome, as our family has grown. It’s a quiet community and great for families if you have children. The neighbors are nice and the staff have been friendly and responsive to any needs/concerns over the years. If you are looking to find a home in Mount Joy, I highly recommend Wellington Chase! D.T

I've been living here for almost a month, it is quiet and beautiful. So far everything has been wonderful, I look forward to living here for a long time.

I have lived at plenty of apartment complexes over the years. This apartment complex is by far one of the worst places I have ever lived at. They are very nice to you when you first move in. After awhile the office staff gets annoyed and rude with requests or issues you may have. Maintenance is very slow and does not respond in a timely manner. The up keep of the complex or amenities is poor. The overall apartment has its issues. I would not recommend anyone moving in here and would stay clear of this place.

After shopping for months for a town home/apartment we found this place. The area is perfect to walk to the local restaurants! Our town home has been great and we love every second so far! We moved in on the 15th of October and were very please with the staff as well. She was always willing to answer questions that we had and made sure we felt comfortable with everything. The price are very reasonable when compared some some places nearby.

Management was very friendly, as well as the maintenance man. Apartment was in wonderful condition upon move-in. Lots of storage space and central air is a bonus! Have also enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and nice neighbors.

I love everything in this apartment. I have enough closet to keep my stuff and the apartment is spacious. Good neighborhood and an excellent deal that made my move a success.

We moved into Wellington Chase about two weeks ago and absolutely love our apartment. Management was extremely helpful through the application process. Apartments are in top shape and very spacious with plenty of closet space.

We have enjoyed our experience living in both an apartment offered by Wellington Chase and a townhouse. Very affordable, friendly staff and great neighbors. Would recommend to anyone looking in the area.

Our experience is great. Everyone is so nice. Kitchen: Supplied with dish detergent..etc. Treats for us and our dog..drinks in the fridgee Bathroom: toilet paper..etc. Wow.. Very nice Thank you to Madeline and her crew.

Moved in few days ago and had no issues with the lease or the rental staff. Everyone I have met so far is kind and helpful. The maintenance supervisor gave a great recommendation for good pizza close by. The property is older, but the grounds are kept clean and tidy. The location itself is quiet, even on weekends. I have heard occasional bits of noise from my neighbors, but that's what apartment living is about. The rent is competitive for the area and the location is great if you work in Lancaster or Harrisburg. The staff at Wellington Chase seem intent on maintaining a nice community where everyone feels at home.

My family and I have recently moved here to Wellington Chase and so far have nothing but GREAT things to say about it. Not only is our apartment absolutely BEAUTIFUL with the brand new flooring they installed and freshly painted walls, but it’s AFFORDABLE, unlike most all other rental places around the area. I did not think I would find something with this quality for this price. Also, the neighbors, and maintenance people here are SO friendly and helpful. It’s a very quiet area, very peaceful and just beautiful. We are so happy we chose Wellington Chase to be our home!

Lived in Harvestview North until we could purchase our own home. I have nothing but good things to say about this property and my neighbors. New ownership changed the name of the property to Wellington Chase, and since then steady upgrades and improvements have taken place around the property, both inside and out. Wellington Chase is an outstanding community and a great place to live. The quality level for the price is VERY hard to find elsewhere. I have always found the management team & maintenance department excellent to deal with and they take a lot of pride in the property. You won't go wrong in choosing to live at Wellington Chase.

Horribly managed by rude and miserable people who are on a power trip. They lied directly to us and tried to scam us out of money. Too many rules and regulations for such a low class complex. They raise your rent every year. Loud and obnoxious neighbors that the management won't do anything about. WAY over priced for what it is. ONLY positive is the maintenance staff.

Management? Where? The property manager has no manager skills. They only stick up for there friends. Have a problem? It's your problem, maintenance isn't available and when they are they only do a half a job. No extras for the price. No pool, no fitness center. Neighbors snotty and rude. Neighbors noisy ALL hours of the night!!! If you move here, good luck!!! Seen more people move in and out in a year!!!

I can't say enough good things about Wellington Chase!! We lived here for a year (moved in when it was still Harvestview, it changed names about 3 months into our lease) and unfortunately had to move due to personal reasons. It was so great, that we are actually in the process of moving back into this community!! The price for the apartments is amazing, you won't find anything else this quality for this price. The office staff was always very helpful and the maintenance was always reachable if you had any problems. They take care of all snow removal and landscaping, and the outside always looks immaculate. The tenants here care about their community and it shows!! Everyone I met while living here was soo nice and welcoming!! There is a playground and basketball courts for kids to play, which my kids LOVED and are excited about the opportunity of moving back!! If you're debating moving here, definitely call and talk to Madeline in the office, you won't regret it!!
