Great location and quiet neighborhood. Staff is friendly. I rarely have maintenance issues but if I do, they respond quickly. Great place!

I've been very pleased here and it's nice to know there are always people in the office to help and maintenance is very quick to help with any issues and we have been here a year now.

My apartment is beautiful and everything is going great. Other than the fact that my window trim is still broke after 2 months of calling atleast once a week. Otherwise they are great they usually come to fix things the next day.

Not good at all so far roach infested house holes in walls where insects are getting in not fit for my newborn at all very disappointing overall

My time at Wellington has been absolutely wonderful. I love how clean the area is kept. I enjoy the pool and amenities like the gym. I also love how quiet and calm the area stays. It has been a wonderful place to live while going to medical school.

It's a great place, especially because of how peaceful it is, its trees, and the fact it welcomes pets. The service is always available, and at the office, we are always treated very kindly

I love living here! It’s quiet and seems Safe and feels like home! I love the trails right there and so many places to walk to! My dog loves the doggie park and gets her zoomies out!

Overall, I love living at Wellington! We live in a remodeled apartment, and I love the appliances, updated cabinets, and floor. I am excited to utilize the pool this summer! The gym is smaller, but it is perfect for everything I need to work out.

Just signed up for another 15 months! I’ve been very happy here. But I would like to see a recycling program - I hate adding things that could be recycled to the landfills. Also, I have lived at other apartments that offered little rewards for signing up for another lease, like $100 off rent for one month or an accent color painted on one wall or a $50 gift card or something like that, just as a token of appreciation, which encourages loyalty. Also, since this is a pet friendly dwelling, I wish any lillies and tulips would be removed from the landscaping as they are fatally toxic to dogs and cats, especially lillies. Finally, I have lived at other places that had “adults only” hours at the pools. I love kids, but sometimes I want/crave peace and quiet and I’m sure I’m not the only one. I would love to see 8pm - 10pm to be 18 and over hours at the pool. But these are just my personal wish list requests and nitpicks. This is a nice place to live, quiet, safe and very well maintained

Moving in was hassle free, the sidewalks were wide and very easy to navigate. The maintenance team has been very timely and completed the issue. The office staff were incredible! I missed my move in date, due to a hospital stay. Shelisa waited patiently for me to sign my lease.

Wellington Apartments have been wonderful to live at! The amenities, staff, and community are great. Would definitely recommend living here!

It’s a nice large apartment, the backyard/patio is nice. I have had several problems since moving in with appliances however, my closet door has come off the hinges twice , the door knob to my room bathroom has broken off, as well as the shower knob, the dryer has burned multiple of my school clothes , the washer has left plastic residue on my clothes, and the water pressure is iffy. We were also supposed to receive new appliances. However I will say that the residents I have met seem very kind.

The maintenance staff is knowledgeable, professional and extremely responsive! The complex is quiet and well maintained. Great place to call home.

Compared to other complexes in this area for the same price no comparison. This place needs alot of work. Lots of trash and dog waste on property. Gutters are fill of leaves and created icicles this winter because water couldn't drain. Our chimney was clogged this winter and we were unable to use fireplace for months. No one has yet to look at it. Our neighbors garage door fell apart on top of her vehicle. The grounds have little grass because tree roots are growing atop ground it's muddy. The window screens fall out all the time and are laying all over the grounds. Entryways are really dirty eith trash and leaves. Should never be Market price complex.

Staff not the friendliest we have gotten hung up on we have gotten yelled at our dog got an allergic reaction to something so very calmly we asked if something was maybe put into the grass the office first off told us that wasn’t her issue and no and then hung up

Office staff are always pleasant, amenities are very nice, grounds are clean and snow removal is prompt. Overall we have had a good experience living here.

I was impressed with how management made my application process easy. The leasing agent was so personable and made me feel I would be a good fit for the Wellington community.

My husband and I have enjoyed living here. There is not much noise and the amenities and apartments are very nice. There are also many dogs at this apartment complex which was a plus since we had a puppy when we moved in. Overall a very great complex.

The people that work on site seem like genuine good people. The apartment itself seems fine. I would consider this complex to be on the more budget friendly side, so I cannot confidently say the place exceeds all expectations, but it's clean, the apartments are nice, the people that work here are friendly and willing to listen to you. For the budget range this place gets a thumbs up from me any day.

The interior layout and space are exceptional, coupled with the location of the community being very accessible and to a point where almost every business, service, center, etc., is nearby.

It’s been good so far! Their payment system isn’t 100% clear, but other than that the unit was clean & the staff has been awesome. I would recommend!

I've lived at Wellington for two days. So far, so good! The apartment is nice, was clean upon moving in, and the staff has, so far, been helpful and positive. I'm looking forward to enjoying the amenities as the weather improves.

The staff here are wonderful. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. Maintenance is great and they are usually quick to respond to requests. This facility has two dog parks and the dog wash station. They’re extremely pet friendly.

The new management team has really made Wellington a better apartment complex to be a part of! The updates to the grounds, gym and property itself have really made a difference.

The office staff at Wellington Apartments are very easy to work with. The maintenance division gave a very prompt response to my service request. Everyone has a professional and cheerful attitude. I’m twelve days into my lease, and I already love living here.

The maintenance has been wonderful and speedy. They have fixed a couple small things in the same day request was put in. Easy to pay rent online also.

Its a ok place to live, thankfully my neighbors are quiet, its around some good areas and theres a ton of stuff to do nearby. I love the pool and the gym access as well. I will say the dryer and washer are kinda small and outdated which i think isn't worth it for the rent, i also wish the cabinets were updated as well. Ongoing issue of other residents not picking up after their dogs outside.

I love my apt! The hardwood floors are my fave! It’s quiet and the staff are all super nice and respond right away! I love the fitness center too!

It was very easy to move into the apartment despite the stairs. Trash and mail are a little far from where I’d hoped, but it’s all still conveniently located. The new appliances work great.

Very good environment, a very convenient location, pet friendly the apt is very comfortable, especially the new one, this building has such as very good value in West Des Moines in general

The staff here is amazing always quick to help if there’s anything wrong or broken. Really quiet neighborhood with amazing and friendly neighbors.

We like to live here. It’s quit and it seems like the people in the office have gotten better. I’m not sure who salts the side walks when needed.

This is a great location to live with nice apartments. Very noise to live on first floor, loud upstairs neighbors, especially when they have pets.

I tried to leave my review comments but it was rejected. There wasn't anything inappropriate offensive. Just facts. Foul smell coming from our bathroom drains, people double parking blocking garages at night and people not cleaning up after their dogs use the parks. The overall warm feeling that once existed has changed over the last year and people don't feel as happy.

This place has ample parking and makes you feel independent in your space! There are garage options, dog parks, an amazing pool and community space for summer too!

I have had some issues with people in the office but I love my neighbors and feel very safe out here. I have recommended to other people looking for an apartment to come and look here. Great maintenance!

Maintenance responds very quickly and does a great job. Our appliances are brand new and work great. The parking is easy and accessible. I really enjoy the interior selections as well.

Pretty nice apartment for a decent price. The staff is very friendly and helpful if you have questions. My only complaint is that it can be difficult to get maintenance to fix things, and you don't get updates when they do.

i highly recommend the property they are very responsive during my application process and followed up with any maintenance issues that needed to be fixed after moving in. I really had a great experience with the company as a whole and the staff. I couldn't recommend them more. They are always friendly and quick to respond to issues. My move in was really easy and quick.

Wellington Apartments is a friendly community with great amenities, responsive staff and many dog friendly trails nearby! We love living here!

The staff and maintenance is great. There is an issue if your lease is not due to renew until mid month and your rent increases. Their system won’t charge you the difference until after your renewal date and you get a bill after you already paid rent for the month.
