Taking one star off for lack of parking. Otherwise everything is good. Parking can be tough to find in the evenings. Like having a washer and dryer, plus a dishwasher.

Friendly, quiet neighborhood. Staff is friendly. Seldom have issues with my apartment. If I do, staff is very responsive. Convenient location.

Wellington has been a great place to live. I've lived in the complex for almost five years now. Only thing is, if you live by the pool, the lights at the pool stay on all night and it shines bright in your bedroom windows.

It has been good so far. Amenities are nice and well-maintained. The neighbourhood is peaceful. The area is close to a lot of shops and restaurants.

Since moving off the EP True-50th intersection the apartments have gotten a lot quieter. Seems a lot more spacious in this part of the complex.

Great place to live … friendly neighbors. Staff is very helpful and maintenance is very reliable. Nice amenities and location is close to everything within Des Moines.

First off I really enjoy the privacy here- my last apartment was right off the side walk on the first floor so if I had the blinds up I could see everyone and everyone could see me, not the case here. Secondly, what has stuck out to me is how this apartment complex feels like a neighborhood. It’s calm and peaceful and the style of apartment buildings makes for a warm and safe environment.

Been here for a year renewing my lease. Everyone is very understanding and helpful… such a nice area. Very pretty area as well. Would recommend

So far pretty great apartments but they gave me a key that didn't work with my door so I had to replace other than that no issues. Clean, walkable to plenty of places, apartments interior looks great.

The Maintenance is great, they respond quickly. The office staff is friendly and you are always greeted with a smile. It doesn’t matter if you walk into the office or they drive past you on a golf cart. Every staff member smiles and waves.

I choose to call Wellington my home due to the welcoming atmosphere and the exceptional staff. The office team and Maintenance Team are always friendly, responsive and professional. The community is quiet, well-maintained and truly feels like a peaceful retreat. I’m happy to be a part of it.

I highly recommend *Residential Wellington Apartments*. It's a beautiful place located in a *quiet and peaceful neighborhood*, perfect for comfortable living. The apartments are super cozy, making you feel right at home. Plus, the management team is excellent—always friendly, helpful, and professional. Truly a great living experience!

A great place to live, awesome staff, cozy apartments, cool amenities. Even though I’m living in an apartment, the whole community still feels very residential.

Splendid, I loved living at Wellington, extremely comfy, facilities have been updated. Safe neighborhood. Easily accessible from the highway. Shopping centers are close by too which is very handy during winters.

Maintenance is fast to come help. We love living here. Had some plumbing issues but like I said maintenance was here to help. This is a nice safe place too

Just moved in. I’m loving the community already. A nice quiet place to live is exactly what I was looking for. The neighbors I’ve met so far are amazing. Just wish this heat would go away so I could be outside enjoying the amazing amenities

Great neighborhood, walking/running trails, clean exterior, and apartments are great overall! My partner and I have lived here for 3 years and enjoy it quite a bit! The community is nice and quiet, neighbors are friendly. The amenities are very nice, the pool is awesome, the fitness center is very convenient and well kept. Our apartment has been great to live in and maintenance is always very quick to fix any issues.

management has been very helpful during our complicated move. our unit is beautiful, and we love the location. we also love all the amenities available to us.

Very nice community. Maintenance was fast with my requests. Clean remodel apartment! I’m excited to get settled in:) the gym and the dog bathing room is very nice.

I love it here! It’s quiet everyone is friendly! With it being summer having the pool and grills available is a plus! My daughter and I love to grill!!

This is by far the worse rental place I have ever lived in. Dealing with repeated sewer back-up, leaking water from ceiling, mold/mildew and non-working appliances maintenance refuses to repair. Our moving here has been nothing short of a nightmare. It seems to be isolated in general to the three sections we live in. Other tenants in other buildings report being very happly here. Sadly, our experence seems to be directly linked to our location.

I love living at Wellington Apartments with my partner and dog! They are very helpful staff, friendly neighbors and wonderful for those with pets!

Both the leasing and maintenance staff are overall rude, incompetent, dismissive and unhelpful. Especially Sebastian, Tony and Shelisa. At least Shelisa is nice, but the other two will never admit to being wrong and will always blame the renter or humidity for the problem at hand. It’s easier to suffer in silence than to reach out for help. It’s always more energy than it’s worth. It’s never their fault. I’ve been ready to move out since I got handed the keys. Grounds and common areas are poorly maintained. Definitely not worth the price and they’ll raise your rent without making any upgrades to your unit. If you want to renew on a month-to-month lease, they’ll increase rent by at least $1000/mo.They’ll penny and dime you any chance they get. Your unit’s amenities depend on if you’ve been grandfathered in. Some things my unit wasn’t grandfathered into: porch screen door, shower door in the master bath, garbage disposal and ceiling fans.

Great community and location for apartments. Maintenance is always very helpful and management is always very nice. Overall nice living area

Wellington has been a pleasant place to live. Its proximity to work and shopping areas is convenient. Additionally, the neighborhood is well-maintained and its residents are friendly, as evidenced by my interactions with both staff and residents.

Very nice place to live although I was told I was getting an updated unit with updated cabinets and stainless steel appliances and the cabinets are not updated at all. The apartment is definitely a little older style but if you don't mind that it is a very good value and a comfortable community. Don't expect the fanciest appliances- the refrigerator does not have an ice-maker or water fountain, and the dishwasher does not dry all the way so it needs to be opened after it's done. The location and the price is right.

I don't really have anything negative to say.. Comfortable and quiet living, management is great along with the maintenance crew. Great place to live.

Beautiful and peaceful - neighbors do their own landscaping, set up bird feeders, mulch, and picnic table. Staff is helpful and informative, and pet poop bag stations refilled and changed regularly. Plus dog wash station and pools!

The staff is friendly and the maintenance is very responsive. Once you put in a request, they usually come and look within a day. They are extremely pet friendly with two dog parks.

I love living here. Apartments are spacious and the neighborhood is safe. Wonderful for pets and kids. My grandson loves visiting and going to the dog park with Buddie.

Many good things about Wellington and my apartment. However, there is a lower railing missing outside. It was removed when the new steps were installed. I've even been told it would be replaced, but so far, no railing, and I did fall last winter, and likely wouldn't have fallen if a railing had been installed. Any word on this?

Great location and quiet neighborhood. Staff is friendly. I rarely have maintenance issues but if I do, they respond quickly. Great place!

I've been very pleased here and it's nice to know there are always people in the office to help and maintenance is very quick to help with any issues and we have been here a year now.

My apartment is beautiful and everything is going great. Other than the fact that my window trim is still broke after 2 months of calling atleast once a week. Otherwise they are great they usually come to fix things the next day.

Not good at all so far roach infested house holes in walls where insects are getting in not fit for my newborn at all very disappointing overall

Sebastion was great helping me move in with short notice and went above & beyond through the whole move in process even while he was on vacation!

My time at Wellington has been absolutely wonderful. I love how clean the area is kept. I enjoy the pool and amenities like the gym. I also love how quiet and calm the area stays. It has been a wonderful place to live while going to medical school.

It's a great place, especially because of how peaceful it is, its trees, and the fact it welcomes pets. The service is always available, and at the office, we are always treated very kindly

I love living here! It’s quiet and seems Safe and feels like home! I love the trails right there and so many places to walk to! My dog loves the doggie park and gets her zoomies out!

Overall, I love living at Wellington! We live in a remodeled apartment, and I love the appliances, updated cabinets, and floor. I am excited to utilize the pool this summer! The gym is smaller, but it is perfect for everything I need to work out.

Just signed up for another 15 months! I’ve been very happy here. But I would like to see a recycling program - I hate adding things that could be recycled to the landfills. Also, I have lived at other apartments that offered little rewards for signing up for another lease, like $100 off rent for one month or an accent color painted on one wall or a $50 gift card or something like that, just as a token of appreciation, which encourages loyalty. Also, since this is a pet friendly dwelling, I wish any lillies and tulips would be removed from the landscaping as they are fatally toxic to dogs and cats, especially lillies. Finally, I have lived at other places that had “adults only” hours at the pools. I love kids, but sometimes I want/crave peace and quiet and I’m sure I’m not the only one. I would love to see 8pm - 10pm to be 18 and over hours at the pool. But these are just my personal wish list requests and nitpicks. This is a nice place to live, quiet, safe and very well maintained

Moving in was hassle free, the sidewalks were wide and very easy to navigate. The maintenance team has been very timely and completed the issue. The office staff were incredible! I missed my move in date, due to a hospital stay. Shelisa waited patiently for me to sign my lease.

Wellington Apartments have been wonderful to live at! The amenities, staff, and community are great. Would definitely recommend living here!

It’s a nice large apartment, the backyard/patio is nice. I have had several problems since moving in with appliances however, my closet door has come off the hinges twice , the door knob to my room bathroom has broken off, as well as the shower knob, the dryer has burned multiple of my school clothes , the washer has left plastic residue on my clothes, and the water pressure is iffy. We were also supposed to receive new appliances. However I will say that the residents I have met seem very kind.
