The office team is friendly and easy to reach, and maintenance has been fast and professional any time I’ve needed them. It’s also in a convenient spot for everyday errands, which has made life a lot easier.
The apartments are in great condition, have a very good location, and the management is quite up to date with all repairs and tenant services. I won't doubt to get back if I have the chance.
Really nice place to live. The units are spacious and the location makes it easy to get around. It’s a quiet community, and everything has been well taken care of. The move-in process was simple, and they were clear about everything up front. Definitely worth checking out if you're looking for a place in Sumter.
