Lived here 2 years and dealt with roaches! They did nothing for it! Office manager is rude and the property management looks the other way . Don't rent here !
I love it here, very happy to have found this place, I’ve been here for 6 years now and it’s been a blessing!
I have been living here for almost 5 years and it has been peaceful. The area is quiet, the complex is very well maintained, and the area is all around pleasant to live in. Maintenance is always quick to respond if you need anything and Alana, the property manager is super nice and easy to talk to.

I moved in 2017 with my husband and since then we have been living here for almost 7 years and we have never had any problems, Alana, the property manager is amazing and all maintenance team are great The property is always clean and in excellent condition, highly recommend it!!!

My husband and I have rented a 1 bedroom/1bathroom unti at Peachwood apartments. During this time, we also had a baby boy. The staff and maintenance crew were phenomenal. Neighbors never caused us any nuisance. I have locked myself out of my apartment three times and each time maintenance crew were easily made available to let me into my unit. Whenever we had issues in our unit, maintenance fixed it quickly without any disbubance to us. The pools made available to residence were nice on a hot summer day and well kept. Our unit did not have a central heating system which sucks in my personal opinion. However, the trees around the apartments made for great shading and keeping the summer heat out of our unit for awhile. Just to make note, we were on the downstair untit though. The manager of the apartment was easy to reach through text and if she was out of office for whatever reason, the residents were made aware. Setting up appointments or popping your head in for questions were simple, so I would praise the staff and maintenance crew for the phenomenal work they did and how they treated the residence. Honestly, goung to miss sharing hellos and goodmornings and how are you doing with the staff . A note about parking, you might find yourself having to park on the side of the street if you are using your personal parking space and need to park a secondary car. A lot of residence park on the side street close to our units. It would be difficult to find parking on the side of the street on weekends. The apartment does take a fee for any additional cars when signing your lease agreement. But as far as I’m aware of, you only get allotted one personal parking spot. The only drawback to me would be that the laundry room sometimes was packed/being fully used and if you took awhile to come back to deal with your load of laundry, you could find that someone has unloaded it for you and placed it on the shelf above. However, for me personally nothing was stolen. I would suggest keeping a timer going when doing laundry to notify you when your load it done or when transfer should occur.
Manager is great very friendly and respectful. Maintance is also great grounds are nice and well-kept. Apartments are nice and updated. The location is good close to shopping and restaurants would highly recommend it.
I love this apartment!! Alana, the property manager is amazing and so personable!! She helped me with every question I had! The complex is well kept and I feel safe living here! The price is great for what you get!
I moved in July 2018 and a year living at Peachwood Apartments was great Experience . .I moved from Washington DC Area to Fairfield CA and Alanna, the Property Manager was kind , helpful and accommodating. The maintenance staff Edgar and Jayro also highly efficient you can reply on them 24/7 if you have issues with your apartments . Rent still average compared to other apartments in the area and free wifi. Two bedroom apartments average size and one thing I liked in the apartment complex it is Super Lit / Bright even at night . You feel safe walking after a heavy meal or walking with your Dog. I left due to relocate work in the West Sacramento area . . This place is great and highly recommended .
***We were on the back end about these apartments because for the unit we were looking for the pictures were not accurate and we were not sure if we were going to be allowed to view our unit. We were able to get a tour 3 days before our move in date.*** We've been here about a month now, and that has been our only hiccup with this place - Also, I don't want other people that take an interest into these apartments to be discouraged about the complex. Our apartment shocked us because it was nothing like the pictures online, it's very cute. Our neighbors are pretty friendly and that's always a plus. It is very quiet.. no loud music, neighbors, noise - none of that. There are a lot of kids that play out front and that's also a plus if you have kids of your own. Alanna (management) is very personable and prompt, I personally think she's a pretty genuine person - no complaints. Maintenance, if there were 6 stars...they helped us move in and that was very sweet. They are EXTREMELY prompt with their requests and their services. We've had a couple of maintenance calls and they show up right away, have casual conversations, and it's all good. perks of the complex: Free wifi & cable - it's not a gimmick, you get enough channels and our wifi speed is as perfectly fine. water, trash, sewer. We are conveniently located. I personally think we have a huge patio (considering these are apartments) and I'm okay with that. A month in we are satisfied, no complaints, it is beautiful, and management as well as maintenance has been perfect.
I love apartments because i get free wifi nd cable nd if my bills get paid on time the take 100 dollars off ur rent.
