Lived here for almost 3 years now. Had 3 or so different property managers and company’s. Kacy with Thrive Property Group, is literally the best type of manager u could ever want living in an Apartment Complex! Every single issue from heating, plumbing, to even salting the side walks when it’s gonna snow. She literally gets stuff done where other places do nothing! Great place to live, and even greater under her management!
These apartments are nice but are small.The people who manage the place are not good to deal with.They will do everything to nickle and dime you ,once you tell them your moving out.Even if you leave the apartment clean and in good condition.They will find anything to charge you for ,just so they can keep your deposit.Be aware and always take pictures of the apartment when you move in and move out.If you move in on there first month free special.When you move out they will charge you for the free month rent once you move out.My advice is to stay away from these apartments.
Its nice location good neighbors. Its kinda small but works for the time being. Would like to stay at the complex just waiting for bigger apt to open.
