We’re on the RTS bus line, and a ten-minute drive away from some of the best that Rochester has to offer; the University of Rochester, Monroe Community College, Rochester Institute of Technology, Marketplace Mall and Sticky Lips. Chipotle and Starbucks are pretty close too. Located at 2001 East Henrietta Road, we are within the limits of the Henrietta School district. Oh, did we mention that we accept pets too? For a twelve-month lease, our studio apartments start at $1100 a month, $1300 for a one bedroom and $1400 for a two-bedroom. Our apartments are newly renovated with brand new appliances, built in microwaves, new flooring, tons of closet space, built in air-conditions, and best of all; patios and balconies are attached to nearly every apartment. Imagine sipping your coffee out on the balcony while Spot watches the squirrels go by. Heat, trash removal and water are included in your monthly rent. You only pay for electric. Plus, we offer complimentary storage units, on-site laundry rooms and plenty of parking. If you’d like to rent a carport, it’s only $25 a month. Wedgewood West Apartments is pet friendly. There is a $250 non-refundable Pet Deposit, and an added $45 per pet, per month rent charge. Two pets per apartments. No size restrictions. Call or email us to set up a tour today.
