Property Ratings at Webster Green Apartment Homes
Very nice apartment - vaulted ceiling, quality windows, good heating system, very friendly/helpful office staff. Bedroom is a little small, but has a great walk-in closet. Seems like everyone has a dog, which is the way life should be. I can see myself staying awhile. Minor complaints: other reviewer is right about parking - who owns all these vehicles sitting around, making it hard to get in and out? Exterior grounds need some maintenance - lightpoles down, etc... will be fixed in springtime hopefully? As I said minor complaints, why stress? Bottom line - the extra cost is worth the features that set this place aside from so many cookie-cutter apartments.

Overall Good complex, the amenity for cable is unnecessary but required by them. Maintenance is good, units are clean and kept up. There is one big issue sill outstanding with me that management has been unable to resolve is the parking onsite. This has been an ongoing problem as everyone should have their own driveway and gerage yet somehow there is simply not enough parking on site. No clue where all the cars come from but often parked and not used for days or weeks parked in roads. The street no parking zones are not enforced and no signs. Results in blocking of roads and garage people pay a lot of money for. I have had one accident already getting out of the garage as the turn around being blocked. With the turn around being blocked residents are forced to back all the way to the main road if you drove foreward into your unit (extremely dangerous and unsafe). Cars are not parked in their driveway or garage but litter the roads, turnarounds, and grass within the complex. Simply enforce no parking zones and or make more parking, gravel lot, maybe extend the road. Allowing people to block a road or garage is just not acceptable.

It’s too bad because the apartments are pretty nice and it’s a decent place to live in Webster but the office manager is extremely rude and knows zero about what is going on at the apartment including pesticides that involves the safety of our pets. They continue to raise rent and go back on their word, being that they are a Morgan Community, even after the manager had promised a certain price. It is impossible to get ahold of the office at any time and when you do ever get through you are put on hold for over 10 minutes just to be hung up on. The “manager” then screams at you and tells you not to call back because he is busy. Not how renters would expect to be treated when paying a lot of money and can’t get through to get a simple question answered. If he is that busy and can’t answer the phone all day long maybe he should hire more help. Needs a new management team ASAP. Don’t wast your money!

Easy access to Route 104 and the local shopping like Wegmans Plaza and Webster Town Center. Walk or drive to nearby fitness center or visit the on-site gym and pool. Very spacious apt with high ceilings and fireplace. Size is adequate for pricing in nice community, where neighborhood is quite and grounds are clean. Some apts come with balconies and garages are usually lower floor, so you live on upper second level above garage. Construction is modern and fairly new. Residents feel safe and secure, where you can enjoy home.
Lived here since 2011 and enjoyed the comfort of a quiet neighborhood, clean grounds, spaciousness and proximity to Webster Towne Center and Rochester area. Most units are built on the second level above the garage, entrances have dual door locks, living area has high ceilings, fireplaces, and contemporary look & feel. I previously lived at another Morgan Mgmt property which was exactly the opposite to this, but gained comfort, a garage unit, balcony, W/D hookup, and "roommate" to support leasing this semi-luxury 2 BR 2 BA unit. We added some personal touches to the unit (electrical, heating, cooling, and cosmetically), but maintenance team is also responsive when things require repair. The pool, gym, and clubhouse is also a nice addition for residents seeking to host an event or get-together. Overall, good but it will cost you.
I have lived in Webster several years and rented from two other communities. Webster Green is definitely a step above. I found the town homes to be very nice. There are choices of floor plans that would fit my needs. The community grounds are maintained very well and look very inviting. I am hoping to secure a unit in the coming months.
I was very angry when I traveled from SC to NY to look at apartments. Having called and set up an apointment to see the available units. Arrived to find they had none ready to show. maybe in two weeks. OK so I had an appointment..couldn"t they have made arrangements for me to view the apartment in the process of being vacated.?? Poor sales staff. I rented from a sister property with much more professional staff. PS the complex looks very nice , quiet, well kept grounds..would have been nice to see inside.
