Weatherstone Flats

I've lived here for a few days now and am happy with the community, amenities and maintenance department. Staff is attentive to needs and resolves issues quickly. The residents that I have met so far have been extremely friendly! Highly recommend living here.

No real complaints about the apartments as in, only suggestions for improvement like better accessibility, more doggie bag stations, and green initiatives. The staff is incredible and always giving their best to help as well as making Weatherstone feel like a community. The apartments are beautiful and the price for what you get is competitive, with incentives like raffles and community rewards. Living here has been an overall excellent experience and I recommend anyone in search of their next residence take a tour.

I have enjoyed living here. Quiet and and less traffic, but very close to all that you need. Concerns are adressed quickly and appropriately and the appearance of the grounds is maintained well.

I love my apartment and the community here. Very quiet yet it is family and dog friendly. The management team is great and if I ever need a service call, they are super prompt. I am very happy and half way through my second year.

Nice apartments, moved in a month ago and love it. Dog park is amazing. Golf simulator is awesome. Extremely kind and responsive staff. Love it here

I have been here going on 3 years and continue to enjoy my living experience. My apartment location with inside entrance from garage to apartment is only a few steps from my front door. The high ceilings and spacious living room, island kitchen and dining room provudes a large living area. The Chester Springs area provides Beautiful scenery , shopping, and great restaurants. I would recommend Weatherstone Flats to all. Joe K

A very pleasant and nice looking community to live in. I would recommend this community to anyone as a place of permanent residence. So far it has been a pleasure being here.

Nice community in a beautiful area of Chester County. Manor houses are great with garage options. Layouts are typical but have good use of space.

A lovely place to live. Apartments are awesome with huge Living space. Beautiful scenery nearby . Nice restarants and shopping marts nearby.

I just moved in last week. So far, everyone has been very nice. The area and community seem peaceful and quiet. I had my share, though, of maintenance requests (6) within a day/2 of moving in. I was very concerned that some very basic things were not taken care of (refrigerator was not leveled, several cabinet doors loose, washer was not operational, and blinds never seemed to be cleaned for quote some time. My hope is that the next resident moving in doesn't have that to deal with.

kind staff, good amenities & friendly neighbors . never have had any issues and staff always gets back asap. safe area to be around and the complex always has events going on

Weatherstone flats is a beautiful and well maintained community with modern amenities. The office staff and maintenance staff are very nice and helpful.

Living at Weatherstone has been an overall positive experience. The rent is reasonable for market value vs the apartment and amenities. The staff are engaged and helpful and create a friendly and reliable atmosphere with fun events and quick responses to any issues. Most buildings are accessibility friendly as well as the pool. The club house has a lot to do already plus community events. The location is incredible as well, right next door to a library and across the street from a farmer's market, and next to a few store fronts, restaurants, and a gas station. The apartments themselves are beautiful and spacious, with modern appliances, excellent cooling and heating, and secured with fob entry to buildings and apartments. It's also pet friendly and smoke free. The noise level (at least in my building) is minimal and the public areas are kept clean. Overall, if you're searching for an apartment complex, I would encourage giving Weatherstone a chance to be your next home.

I am very happy to be living here. It is quiet, very beautiful outside and the Office Manager, Wendy, is very reliable and always available for any help. I truly love my apartment.

Wendy and Catherine have been fantastic managers right from day one. Always helpful and there when you need them. Apartments are beautiful and the clubhouse and pool are great. Also helps that there is a restaurant and bar within the complex . Would definitely recommend living here

I moved in at the beginning of July and it has been great so far! Lovely area, there is plenty of things to do and plenty of places to walk.

From the moment I walked into the complex, I thought "yes, I could definitely live here!". Over the past few months I have toured about 15 properties in Exton, West Chester, Coatesville, and Chester Springs. Most of these locations were pricey and didn't provide the amenities and space I was looking for in an apartment. At Weatherstone, I have loads of space (1200), a spacious balcony overlooking open space, high end finishes, full-size appliances, excellent noise dampening, concierge trash, beautiful pool, grills, fire pits, lovely communal areas both inside and out, gym/workout spaces, a dog park, a Wawa within walking distance, pizza restaurant/bar in the complex, access to a gourmet market, dog groomer, coffee shop/bakery, wine & spirits store and restaurant across the road, a farm store, all this without the congestion of West Chester/Exton. An issue with my dryer was fixed in a few hours. Weatherstone is an excellent value and a comfortable, safe and beautiful place to live.

Weatherstone flats is a beautiful and a modern community with a good range of amenities. The office staff is very helpful and the maintenance is promptly addressed.

I have lived at Weatherstone flats for 3 years. I recently moved from a one bedroom/one bath to a two bedroom/ two bath. I love the open layout, modern kitchen with island. Spacious bedrooms and baths my huge balcony is an added bonus. The staff has changed over the time but currently is wonderful having many community events. The amenities are nice and the park like fell of the complex is nice. There are also a few businesses on the premises but they do not take away from the homey atmosphere. It has been very peaceful living here.

The leasing office was very helpful getting us set-up and moved in our new home in such a short amount of time. They were very accommodating for our timeline, needs. We absolutely love our new home and the community.

Getting sign and moved in was a seamless process and no hassle whatsoever!!! Best experience I’ve ever experienced!!! Our leasing representative Kathy was so friendly and went above and beyond for us to help make sure we had everything we needed to our move as easy as possible!

Staff at the rental office have been amazing as we transitioned to moving in and are getting adjusted. Communication has been consistent, making us feel welcome. Buildings are clean, well maintained, quiet, and neighbors are friendly. We love the inside of our apartment, with all the new appliances, nice flooring, freshly painted walls, and roomy space, including our spacious balcony. We are very happy here so far and are excited to be a part of the community.

Nice apartment horrible staff. Constantly switching between different management's, extremely rude on the phone, don't answer emails, have to call numerous times for an answer or they ignore the voicemail/call, never in office, etc.

James, Lisa, and Geoffrey are always happy to help with a smile on their faces! They promptly respond to any requests for help- even those that are out of the ordinary! Earlier this week, I alerted them that two baby birds had fallen into the storm sewer. Without delay, the three of them jumped into action, James and Geoffrey lifted the heavy grate, Geoffrey climbed right in and picked up the babies, and Lisa got them safely to their very worried bird parents. You just can’t find many people like them. The Weatherstone community is so lucky to have them!

I have lived at Weatherstone Flats for almost 2 years. The apartments are spacious and have great features such as large kitchen islands and in apartment full size washer and dryers. I have a large balcony which adds extra living space. The property and neighborhood are beautiful and quiet. Weatherstone Flats is close to many parks, restaurants and shopping. On property pool, gym and club house. There are also a restaurant/ bar, salon and Wawa on the property. I have been very happy living here.

We have been here almost one year now and have really enjoyed it. Nice amenities and very well maintained. We have had a couple minor maintenance requests and our maintenance person James was here within hours and took care of the issue promptly and professionally. New management team is good to work with and the neighbors are great.

I have lived in several apartments over the years, and this is the first time that I have encountered such great maintenance personnel. James is absolutely wonderful at handling any and all issues with a stellar attitude and professionalism, which is very difficult to find. He gets the job done right and the first time.

Simply stated, this is an Awesome Community! If you are looking for a professionally run community with loads of amenities, you’ve found it! I have been here for just over a year and I can’t say enough good things. Well done!

I just love this place and can't wait to get into the pool this year! The new management is wonderful to deal with and James is the best. He handles everything for me without complaint. It is such a beautiful community.

Really enjoy it here. Easily accessible to Exton, Malvern, King of Prussia and so many activities and surrounding areas. Friendly neighbors. Love all the animals people have. There is a dog park and pool with a pet wash station. The local businesses there provide many activities as a way to meet new neighbors and see others. The staff is top notch. If I ever have a lease issue it is handled quickly and efficiently. If I have a maintenance issue, James is there with a smile and does whatever he can to make me happy. The whole complex is just beautiful and well kept and just an overall great place to live. Great job and thank you for all your support! ??

Weatherstone Flats is a beautiful community in a nice area. My husband & I are very happy with our spacious apartment and the amenities. The staff are great and very attentive.

What was once a nicely kept place when Hankin was here is now a disaster. My rent went up 200 dollars without a warning The staff is a revolving door everyone just quits amd rn were on like the 4 or 5 manager in 6 months! There was one woman who was steady and now shes gone too, they just come and go just like that poof. No one from the management addressed thmaintenance guy who stole money. We sent emails about what happened and no one answered us. The office just told us to talk to the cops and that hes no longer working. Water bills were never sent in months, they just told us to pay something. Ridiculous! No emails, nothing. Everyone I know is moving out
