The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Wawaset Park Apartments
I lived in this complex from August of 2022 to August of 2024, and I had a wonderful experience with this company. The unit was fully updated and professionally cleaned when I moved in. They routinely did fumigation (pet safe) and changed air filters regularly. They did one inspection a year, to which they gave plenty of notice. When I needed a repair (which was infrequent,) I sent a message on their portal, they were prompt and worked around my schedule. As a female living alone, I felt incredibly safe in the apartment. This was the first time living in a complex as well as renting from a “corporate” landlord, and I could not have had a better experience. My reason for moving was they did raise the rent significantly overtime, and it was only a one bedroom, so I ended up moving out for more space. I received both of my security and pet deposit in full within the month after moving out. I actively recommended this complex to my coworkers and friends.
Horrendous. I cant even begin to list the issues with this building. Management does no repairs , and if they do by chance they act like its a favor. Would not recommend to my worst enemy
I recently moved into one of the newly renovated apartments and I am very pleased! A absolute beautiful home!
This is an excellent, tight-knit, small apartment complex with the best landlord I’ve had in my life (and I’ve moved around the mid-Atlantic area). The apartments are spacious, with hardwood flooring, washer/dryer, dishwasher, & microwave. Very reasonably priced for the size & amenities. Courteous neighbors. And, most importantly, the best landlord (Linda) you could ever hope for. Very responsive, very caring, a genuinely great person. I’m only leaving because of a new job that requires I be in walking distance. There are rarely spots open here for a reason. If you’re lucky enough to get one, you won’t regret it.
