This is a great place to live! Everyone employee is kind and courteous. The maintenance team is great and take care of our issues within a day or two.

We have been at this location for a little over and year and it has been a wonderful experience. It is always a good sign when the kids can run around and have fun without any worries. The maintenance team and managers are attentive and have our maintenance request resolved within a day. Zero complaints from us and we will continue to stay here until we purchase a house in a couple of years.

I have loved living at Watervue. I like that it is tucked back from the busy roads and I have an incredible sunset view. The complex is nice and the staff and maintenance are super helpful!

All around a very good apartment complex!! Gets a little loud at night in some areas due to teenagers and such. Place is very clean, staff is always willing to help!

I loved Watervue Residency’s community and overall area. The apartment itself was very nice and quiet. It was a bit expensive but overall I enjoyed my stay.

I love that Watervue is in the heart of central Lake Charles and just minutes from the interstate, yet at the same time, it is tucked away in a quiet alcove, far from busy roads.

From the initial inquiry and apartment tour to living here for a year now, I have nothing but good things to say about Watervue and the community staff. Everyone is friendly, professional, and prompt with problem resolution. I've put in a few maintenance requests (only 1 was urgent) and all of them were resolved in a very timely manner. Very competitive rent pricing considering the amenities and hospitality!

Hands down the best apartment complex I have ever lived in in my 58 years. I just signed my third lease! The management and maintenance teams here are the most helpful and professional I have ever experienced. There are always community events and the property is immaculate. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great and affordable home in Lake Charles.

I have been here for almost a year now and It is the best place to live. It’s very beautiful ,quiet,and clean . The staff here makes you feel like you belong to a family and that means a lot to most residents. Living here feels like you live at a resort .

Needed help with my renewal and the assistant manager Karl quickly solved the problem I was having. The office managers are super nice and down to earth people. Mr. Kent and the maintenance team are fast to respond and hard working. I love living at Watervue.

Watervue Management team and maintenance crew have treated us like family. They are always professional, friendly and actually address concerns and call you back if they missed a call while assisting another resident. They don’t procrastinate on anything, they get things done and fix extremely fast. Communication is great, especially the food truck newsletters. It’s been an absolute pleasure residing at Watervue. The other great aspect is its location to Lake St and Nelson St. This provides easy and quick access to food and healthcare!! Highly recommend, oh and they actually keep the gates closed here!

Watervue is a cut above the rest in Lake Charles. Since move in day, my stay here has felt nothing short of that of a vacation resort. The staff is attentive and friendly. Maintenance works super fast and delivers quality work. Kudos to the Watervue Staff in the office.

Watervue has a manicured property and beautiful apartments. I was guided around the property by Karl, and it felt like I was at a resort on vacation. Super knowledgeable, friendly, and an overall stand up guy. Karl carefully explained the benefits of living at Watervue, as it directly related to me and Parker, my pug. 24 HR Gym. Awesome Pool. Dog Park for Parker. Food Trucks frequent onsite for Residents. Convenient location between 2 shopping markets. That was a FIRST during my weeks of apartment hunting. I can tell he really cared about helping me find what HOME looks like for me.

I moved here six months ago and it has been amazing. The property is very well maintained and they make it feel like you are living at a resort.I would highly recommend living here .

Waverley is a very safe place for college students to live Just ask for Kim an excellent manager. Kim does a great job at finding you the right apartmen. they have lots of security to keep it safe. I had both of my Childern staying there while going to college

I love living at Watervue and I lovey my apartment. The maintenance crew is amazing and does a great job. And the office staff is great too!!! It is a wonderful and beautiful place to live!!!

I LOVE LIVING AT WATERVUE!!!! The office managers are securing food trucks to come to us which is pretty cool. They are making it a regular event for us residents. Karl helped me with each step to get the apartment; he took the stress out of apartment hunting. My apartment is the perfect size for my needs, has beautiful finishes, and affordable. The grounds are carefully maintained. The maintenance staff is quick to respond. Quiet community, 24-hour gym with WORKING EQUIPMENT, and it's a nice to be able to sit out by the water fountain by the pond.

Watervue has the BEST OFFICE STAFF! Coming from an apartment where no one was ever in the office or answered phones, I appreciate this team for being extremely attentive. Karl was a major help finding the perfect apartment for me. Ms. Kim always greets me with the warmest "Heyyyy" that makes me feel right at home. Glen helped me find an really important package that saved Christmas. 5 STARS

Watervue by far is the best complex that I have lived in. I have been here a month now and I love it here. The curb appeal is always nice. My apartment looks amazing. The grounds are beautifully maintained. Karl helped me when I came to take a tour and after his tour my mind was made up. Thanks Karl for helping me find home; from the 1st phone call all the way up to picking up keys slightly after hours. You rock man!!!

Coming from a different country it is hard to find a nice place to live, I certainly believe I have found the right one here

I have lived at Watervue for 2 1/2 years. The grounds and buildings are beautifully maintained. Any issue I had was resolved promptly. The office staff as well as the maintenance personnel have always been professional and committed to their renters comfort and well being. The many amenities offered makes Watervue the place for everyone to call “Home” - whether you’re 7 or 77! And priority #1 for me when I was looking for an apartment is that I had to feel safe….. And Watervue has safety measures in place 24/7 365 days a year. And BTW their location couldn’t be any better… only minutes away from grocery stores, the mall, emergency clinics, doctor’s offices, hospitals, restaurants and fast food locations. For all these reasons and more is why I love living here and why I call Watervue my Home!

I am very happy at Waterview. I like the grounds and how well they are maintained and I like the apartment layout very much. And how well maintained everything is.

You can sit outside and enjoy watching your kids and pets play , the area is very clean and the manager Kim is very informative and courteous, professional, maintenance is friendly, fast, especially Mr.Kent
