The community is not the best. My vehicle has been broken into, there are no security cameras in areas to actually deter crime. Additionally, I don’t recommend this complex to anyone that has to work nights. The dumpsters are in such a close proximity to the actual apartments that the garbage truck that comes every morning will cause such a ruckus that you’re going to struggle to stay asleep. Additionally, the complex is not maintained well.

Watervue is a family friendly complex that has great floor plans and great views. My favorite would have to be the two ponds, walking paths, and pool area.

We have been at this location for a little over and year and it has been a wonderful experience. It is always a good sign when the kids can run around and have fun without any worries. The maintenance team and managers are attentive and have our maintenance request resolved within a day. Zero complaints from us and we will continue to stay here until we purchase a house in a couple of years.

From the initial inquiry and apartment tour to living here for a year now, I have nothing but good things to say about Watervue and the community staff. Everyone is friendly, professional, and prompt with problem resolution. I've put in a few maintenance requests (only 1 was urgent) and all of them were resolved in a very timely manner. Very competitive rent pricing considering the amenities and hospitality!

Watervue Management team and maintenance crew have treated us like family. They are always professional, friendly and actually address concerns and call you back if they missed a call while assisting another resident. They don’t procrastinate on anything, they get things done and fix extremely fast. Communication is great, especially the food truck newsletters. It’s been an absolute pleasure residing at Watervue. The other great aspect is its location to Lake St and Nelson St. This provides easy and quick access to food and healthcare!! Highly recommend, oh and they actually keep the gates closed here!

Watervue has a manicured property and beautiful apartments. I was guided around the property by Karl, and it felt like I was at a resort on vacation. Super knowledgeable, friendly, and an overall stand up guy. Karl carefully explained the benefits of living at Watervue, as it directly related to me and Parker, my pug. 24 HR Gym. Awesome Pool. Dog Park for Parker. Food Trucks frequent onsite for Residents. Convenient location between 2 shopping markets. That was a FIRST during my weeks of apartment hunting. I can tell he really cared about helping me find what HOME looks like for me.

Waverley is a very safe place for college students to live Just ask for Kim an excellent manager. Kim does a great job at finding you the right apartmen. they have lots of security to keep it safe. I had both of my Childern staying there while going to college

I love living at Watervue and I lovey my apartment. The maintenance crew is amazing and does a great job. And the office staff is great too!!! It is a wonderful and beautiful place to live!!!

I LOVE LIVING AT WATERVUE!!!! The office managers are securing food trucks to come to us which is pretty cool. They are making it a regular event for us residents. Karl helped me with each step to get the apartment; he took the stress out of apartment hunting. My apartment is the perfect size for my needs, has beautiful finishes, and affordable. The grounds are carefully maintained. The maintenance staff is quick to respond. Quiet community, 24-hour gym with WORKING EQUIPMENT, and it's a nice to be able to sit out by the water fountain by the pond.

Watervue has the BEST OFFICE STAFF! Coming from an apartment where no one was ever in the office or answered phones, I appreciate this team for being extremely attentive. Karl was a major help finding the perfect apartment for me. Ms. Kim always greets me with the warmest "Heyyyy" that makes me feel right at home. Glen helped me find an really important package that saved Christmas. 5 STARS
