Waterview Colonial Manor Apartments

Apartment looks nice when you first move in. After that you will start to notice roaches everywhere! They paint over the mold build up in each room so you don’t realize it till a few months after you move in. You can’t leave food out because the roaches will be scattered in amount of seconds. The door knobs are old they are not up to date. A lot of drug activity all hours of the night , normally starts after office hours close at 5pm. If you turn your light out at night in the kitchen and then turn it on to go back in the kitchen it will be roaches galore. It’s roach city and mold city. Literally got sick while staying here because of the mold smell and build up. I would not recommend. They are trying to redo the outside of the buildings just to make it look “ good “ but on the inside it is a totally different story. Do not waist your money. This is NOT the best place in portsmouth to live. Take your money elsewhere!!!A

Great place to live. The staff are very friendly. Nice area, close to good schools and great restaurants.

I was interested in buying this apartment/ studio and called to schedule a tour . However , multiple different agents that I spoked with was very rude and disrespectful. They did not have any information about this studio/ apartment and was not knowledgeable about the tour at this location . I was scheduled to do a tour on Wednesday and none of the agents put me on the schedule/ list for a tour. They were very unorganized and completely gave me the wrong information for the tour .They never stated their name, they never asked me what I was calling for specifically, and one of the agent’s even hung up the phone directly in my face with a bad temper . I am highly disappointed to have been treated this way and believe that this incident should be made an aware of.

It’s great for your first apartment, quiet, i would just love to see these renovated, cheap quality paint and rust but it’s comfortable to live in!
