The grass is always so green here, and the office staff is always so welcoming, and kind. They have been incredibly helpful. I love the new coffee bar, and the gym is HUGE! I LOVE it here!!

I have lived here for a few years now and am friends with folks who have been here way longer. Unfortunately, in the past year, this property has done nothing but go downhill very fast. We have not had a real property manager in almost a year, and since the most recent staff that was there longest left, it is like living in limbo. The water pressure throughout the whole complex has become almost unbearable. We have so many lamposts lights out. There is always trash everywhere. And god forbid the trash compactor is full, they will go through your garbage and send you a fine if you set it outside the compactor. They changed the clubhouse so it looks like a dentist's office and just makes it not friendly for hosting anything. No refrigerator or area for food setup. And do not get me started on all the maintenance issues. We have not had consistent staff in a long time either. I would highly suggest asking the office staff how long they have been with the complex before you sign to live there. The people we have had to deal with at corporate are just rude, unhelpful, and unpleasant. While the poor office staff is dealing with them, they do not have a real onsite manager to deal with resident issues. This place use to be beautiful, it use to be worth the cost, it was a happy community.

Waterstone apartments are awesome! They have luxurious, spacious apartments with many updates. The grounds are beautiful with a great pool and even a dog park for your best friend. Our maintenance concerns were always handled professionally and quickly. The managerial staff genuinely cares about the tenants. Jordan was especially attentive and helpful. I would definitely recommend Waterstone Apartments for your next home.

The guys in the office are awesome and care about the tenant maintenance requests and are always kind and welcoming to my dog. Rick in the office is great, and so is Matt. The pool is tons of fun in the summer and I love to walk my dog around campus. Pretty great neighbors (mostly).

They make their own reviews and also give gift cards away to people who write nice reviews. Rent goes up drastically every year and they tack on so many fees to the point where you question why you’re paying an administration fee. It’s a no smoke complex but the air always smells like cigs and the siding on the buildings come off so easy because they would rather make the clubhouse look better instead of making their residents homes better quality.

Waterstone Landing is a fantastic place to live. The location is perfect . Close to shopping and all major roadways. The staff is helpful and friendly. All maintenance requests are attended to promptly! The amenities are superb .

My husband and I have lived here going on 3 months and we are so so happy here ! The staff is so helpful and everyone is so welcoming. Our apartment is beautiful and so homey for us, our son, and our 2 dogs. We also love how pet friendly it is here ! Our dogs have a beautiful dog park to run around and play in. We love it so much here we even referred family of ours here and they recently just moved in ! We will be here for many years to come, Waterstone Landing is AMAZING ! :)

We have been here almost 2 years and we love it. Great quiet neighborhood, clean and well kept around the property, wonderful management, and super quick maintenance. The pool and clubhouse are very nice and well maintained. Highly recommend checking this out if you’re looking for an apartment!

Wow is this a great spot! Working with Matt was pleasant, helpful, and nice to work with. He knew a great deal about the community & seemed to have all the answers I needed to decide I wanted to live there. I was looking to move this summer but wasn't in the cards for me professionally. I'll definitely try again next summer & look forward to working with Matt again.

Great floor space! I loved how clean and spacious the apartment was. PLENTY of amenities to accomodate for a family of 4. The neighborhood is lovely and everyone is very kind. My favorite part is the view of the water from my apartment, just breathtaking! Very relaxing! Last but not least, the main office building is stocked with a fitness center, a HUGE pool, and a neat little office space for residential use! Can't say enough good things about this place!

Rick (and the rest of the office team!) is quick to address questions and concerns. The pool deck is beautiful with great extra amenities (like grills and a TV to watch the big game) and there's so much to do nearby.

I spent a long time looking and comparing places to live in the Perrysburg area. The bullets on my list were price/amenities/drive/maintenance. Waterstone Landing is on par with pricing for the Perrysburg area, though the clubhouse, cinema, gym, and pool were all top notch in comparison to surrounding communities. I haven't needed maintenance yet, however the people I've asked say they've never had an issue with work orders. A+ from me, will update.

My partner and I have lived at Waterstone for three years now and it is by far our favorite place that we have lived. It is so nice to have the open grounds to walk our dog. They started opening the pool today it is the best part of living here.
