The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Waterside on Williamson
They do not fix things in a timely manner, and I am sure one of the maintenance men uses YouTube to work and has NOOOO certification whatsoever. There is trash everywhere once you past the "beautiful" front area. Trash behind the fence past the 250 apartment numbers. They do not have grounds people as maintenance is supposedly grounds, and they do not do anything to trash unless it's by the trash receptacles up front. They only have their landscaping for the front, and they DO NOT do anything to the back yard of the last apartments. Since before I moved out, the tenants have been waiting on more lights and some cameras for security as cars are always being broken into. The fitness area is 4 pieces of broken equipment. They have large sized boxes for your parcels to go in by the mailboxes, but nothing is ever placed in there by the postal service as they take everything to the office and they do not redirect them. For emergency after hours, most times maintenance does not answer or come right away. They send maintenance to fix property management issues with tenants. No if you in college trying to get by or need somewhere to stay while saving or moving to the next place, this is it. Long term should never be an option.
The property grounds stay full of trash. Maintenance issues are not resolved in timely manner. Mold and mildew is a big issue. And they have yet to fix the issue. Roach infestation is a big problem. Upon moving in maintenance stole property out my unit. Floors are sinking in the kitchen and bathroom. These apartments are run down. There are no means of contacting corporate office. I do not recommend this property unless you are willing to be uncomfortable living in an inhabitable environment.
Just moved here 2 weeks ago Don’t get me wrong I love my apartment… but it’s very loud , music to the max at 1:00am . No respect for the neighbors
Going on my 3rd year with College Park and love the complex overall, amenities and my unit. A lot of space for the money compared to others. Managmenet has been easy to communicate with and the few times i've had an issue maintenance was quick to correct the problem.
I’ve moved the beginning of the month and I love it. Everything was up to date, my apartment was looking just as I imagined when I viewed it . Maintenance come same day as asked . Move it ! You went regret it.
Me & my wife came to view the property. It was very rundown and the unit that was shown to us had a fresh bullet hole through the window and through the ceiling…..there is a strong smell of roaches along with alot of broke down cars & alot of trash everywhere. It should be shutdown
Roach Infested Drug infested Cars speeding through complex like raceway Break ins People leaving trash in hill! This is just a few of the many reasons why I wouldn't suggest a dog move here! Can't wait until my lease is up
THESE APARTMENTS ARE NICE, THEY ARE NEAR THE MALL AN THEY ARE LOCATED ON A QUIET STREET NOT MUCH TRAFFIC,THESE APARTMENTS ARE GATED, THE PROPERTY IS KEPT CLEAN AN MANTIANED,WE HAVE A NICE LAKE ON THE PROPERTY FISHING IS PERMITTED,EVERYTHING YOU NEED IS NEAR THE APARTMENTS.
