When we first came here to Waterscape everyone was nice and friendly. We have never lived in an apartment and was nervous about it. This place made us fall in love with apartment living and we’ve had such a wonderful experience being here. Thank you waterscape ??
Waterscape is truly a place to call home. These have everything I wanted: hardwood flooring, washer and dryer in unit and easy access to freeway.
I love the inside of my apartment very spacious And love the in unit washer and dryer, but In 10 months living here there have been 5 mail box break ins. About half the time living here I had to pick up mail from the post office and trying to do that during normal business hours and working all day it’s a headache. I wish that they had better security measures to prevent this reoccurring issue.
Horrible parking you absolutely cannot have guests, mailboxes are constantly broken into. Maintenance enters without permission but didn’t fix anything. Counting down the days until my lease is up. Not to Mentioned property was sold so all pending orders have to be resubmitted.
I had a very hard time moving in and the there’s never no parking . They also claim to have certain units set up where you have a Garage or a Port Parking… And they don’t ever mention to you about reserved parking I went through hell until I tried to file a claim then they mentioned/ offered they have reserved parking for extra $10 but is it really considered reserved? when I was shown around the lot , the parking spaces without numbers are for reserved parking only I honestly feel like they need to change that because it makes no sense what so ever especially for a tenant who pays monthly When I’m done with my year lease I’m Out !
I lived here for just over a year and in that time there was a shooting in the parking lot, multiple auto thefts, mailboxes were broken into constantly (to the point where they stopped fixing them and you had to drive 10min to the post office to retrieve your mail & fedex/ups denied your package deliveries) the parking is a joke (if you come home anytime after 5pm good luck finding a spot. Closest parking is a good 15min walk) if you have 2 cars your basically screwed, the gate never actually works (I’ve been locked out multiple times, calling maintenance and waiting 10min for them to call me back just to get in the gate), you can hear everything from outside in your apartment even with the windows closed, A/c is so old and windows are trash so expect blowing $200 for a 1 bedroom in the summer on electric bills, my move in day was scheduled for 10am and I was told the cleaning crew had not shown up yet so wait until 1pm to go in and when I show up at 3pm the place was disgusting. Also they called me telling me someone had a noise complaint on me while I was deployed and no one was home. It’s honestly not worth saving the $200 to live here search elsewhere.
Apartments are old and have not been maintained well. Management lost our 30 day notice to move out because of my husbands deployment and then told us we had to pay the following months rent because they didn't have record of our notice and a new one wouldn't be valid until the following month. Constant smells of marijuana drift through the apartments, we had a spider problem and told the management about it and nothing was done. You can hear everything on the street by the apartments through your closed windows. These apartments aren't worth the headache that comes along with living here.
I have had nothing but a pleasant experience living here since June. Management has been accommodating, the new lady at the front desk, Priscilla is super friendly and helpful and the maintenance staff is efficient and does quality work. The grounds are maintained nicely. So far, we have been very satisfied with our our experience.
This is not a nice place to live its too expensive and no parking
Waterscape Apartments is a great community and Ill give it 5 stars if this was a rating. I'm very happy with my decision on moving into this gated community.
Waterscape has professional and friendly staff. The premises the mostly kepted in good condition my apartment is spacious but lacks storage space.
It has been a pleasant living existence here among the nice landscape and peacefulness. The amenities are great and the location is perfect for freeway access, grocery shopping and traveling to work.
Horrible place to live... Have been here for almost 3 years now, lease is up in July and cant wait to leave. Rat problem Homeless frequent this area as well as using the pool! People here stopped caring about a year ago, noisy, rude and unless you reserve parking, you will have a hard time getting a parking spot. Greystar never returns phone calls... Better places, across I-80, safer as well.

Management has always been responsive of our request. Jennifer is a great help and very friendly. The maintanance team is friendly and quick to respond to requests.
Waterscape "Home" Apartments have everything you need! It is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, and a washer & dryer in the unit. Complex has pool, hot tub and a small gym which includes cardio & weights. There are also garages here if you need an extra amenity. Management will periodically have gatherings for the residents -- what more do you need at a complex? It's great!
