The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Waters Landing Apartments
I love living here agin as I use to live here in the past it is quiet area and close to my friends that live next door at Lakeside.
I’ve had a great experience living in this condo community. The property is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The maintenance team is committed and keeps the common areas in great condition, even now that winter is starting. Pam and Kristina, who represent the management team, are always very responsive and willing to help with any questions or needs.Overall, it’s a comfortable place to live with a dedicated staff.
After 5 years and no complaints, we love living here. The team strives everyday to keep this place maintained. It's quiet, it's welcoming, it's near diners and shopping areas and right by the free way and honestly you don't hear any of it. My home has been great. Any time if I ever needed help or something fixed which is rarely they came and fixed it immediately. I really do appreciate and love living here.
The management is very prompt and easy to connect with . They are very helpful and understanding and responds and communicates very well. It’s a very peaceful environment. I love it here . I can’t really complain about anything . Maintenance as well do their job whenever needed .
Me and my husband have been here for over 10 years and have loved every minute. It's nice quiet and close to everything. Pam and Kristina are very wonderful. We have really enjoyed our time here.
Pam and Kristina have always been extremely helpful! Kristy C
The leasing office is amazing, especially Pam. They’re friendly to work with and always makes sure things get done. That said, the Maintenance team usually gets it done that day or the next. The pool is lovely and well taken care of. I also love the ability for me to have my cats because that is super important to me. - h.g.
One thing I will say about this place is that their communication is very reliable. Whenever there are any changes or maintenance going on I hear about it consistently. Even when I’m not paying attention they are able to reach me either by email, phone calls, or my favorite physical notes posted around the building. I always feel well informed and appreciate the consistency of their communication.
honestly i’ve really liked living at waterlandings. it’s super quiet and peaceful, which is exactly what i needed. the apartment feels really cozy and like mine, and maintenance is always quick if something comes up. the staff in the office are actually so nice, they’ve been patient and helpful every time i’ve needed anything. it just feels safe and easy here, and i love taking walks around the complex when the sun’s setting. kinda feels like i’m in a little movie sometimes lol. no complaints honestly, it’s been a really good spot for me
When moving in and having any questions/issues Pam was very fast with a response and a resolution. Even getting some questions answered outside of office hours on the weekends.
I’ve been here for 12 months and I happily renewed my contract. Loves the place, amenities, and management team. Very pleasant maintenance and friendly staff.
Management does a great job with communicating things . The property grounds is kept Clean and neat . Maintenance issues are handled promptly . It’s a peaceful environment no complaints . Also management does a great job with emailing and contacting back very promptly. The pricing is decent for the area and amenities.
The management were professional and gave me a discounted rate after I had to switch to a 2 bedroom apartment when I was looking for a 1 bedroom apartment. Communication regarding renovating the roads and such were also prompt and clear. The apartment was also clean and the appliances were functional.
Lived here a year to two years ago with a few roommates. No longer living with roommates and I knew I wanted to come back to Waters Landing if I had to get a one bedroom apartment. Process was easy a few years ago and still is as of right now. Very easy to work with management and they’re great at communicating.
Townhouses are spacious, well updated/maintained, and on a beautiful property. The management was incredibly helpful, responsive, and kind during the whole renting process, which made for a good and easy experience as a first time renter. The little community is very nice overall.
The new management is completely useless. Said they’d fix the online payment system by August; that was in July and it’s still not fixed (mid-September). So now I have to pay for checks out of my own pocket to pay them for rent. I shouldn’t have to do that. Having issues (yet again this place always has issues, from day one. It’s legit never ending) and they are no help. Telling me “I” have to call maintenance when the old management would just put the work order in for you. Been living here for over a year and the issues never stop, do not live here if you don’t have to. Go live at a place with proper management and little to no issues with the property you’re renting. Maintenance is great, old management great; but the new management? Completely useless.
Property Manager at Waters Landing Apartments, Responded To This Review
Hi, There has always been Waterside I owners and Waterside II owners , because we are built on the same piece of land no one ever knew there was two phases.. Altman Management has always managed both sides for 50 years and owns Waterside II . The Owners of Waterside I did sell recently and there will be a transition period for sure. I will make this transition period as smooth as possible. I will collect the rent for Waterside I and I can give them any messages you need to get to them during working hours. Please be patient and things will work out. Thanks again for making Waterside your home contact me anytime. Pam Salem Property Director
Met a super nice guy named Tremar, helped me move out without a problem. He was super cool about it and made me feel really comfortable.
