Love Waters Edge apartment the Staff in office is very caring for their tenants. I feel safe here. Very quiet place no problems. Maintenance is very helpful too

Everything good and i like that the maintenance team responds quick to out of order items. My washer broke and my AC broke and they took care of it like it was nothing. Thank you !!!!

Peaceful and great place, since the moment that I came here I feel this gonna be the best place for me and my family, my dog enjoys walks out and the most important is very safe place

Nice and clean neighborhood, with the exception of people who don’t pick up their dog waste. Nice place to walk for exercise. Also, wish apartment sinks were updated. Great overall!

Neighborhood is quiet. Neighbors are super nice. The management is super professional. Staff always ready to help or to come up with a solution. Walking into the front office, you are always welcomed with a smile, which is refreshing. Nancy, Blair and Iliana make a great team! I had a problem with my clothes washer and it was fixed the same day. I really enjoy the peacefulness of this complex, the lake views, a nice gym, the fact that is is dog friendly and I am thankful for a great staff. Five stars all around.

There have been a lot of improvements, in the 9 years I have been here. The dog park, playground, and great care in keeping the grounds kept well. Fun can be had at the poo[, gym, tennis courts, and bbq.

Since moving to Water’s Edge, Blair has been so amazing. From showing us a unit that my family and I fell in love with to making sure everything was perfect for us when we moved in. Even now, if we have a question or maintenance is required she is always right on top of it and so kind. Haven’t had a bad experience here yet and we are grateful for that.

I moved into Waters Edge in April after looking at many other places. Blair was an amazing resource who took her time and answered all the questions my sister and myself had. The process to move in was stress free which is what made me feel comfortable with my decision. Upon moving in, we were provided with a checklist to fill it with any issues inside of the apartment that needed repair. We promptly completed the form and submitted it back to the office. Among the things we listed were peeling paint on our bedroom doors, missing window screens, pen/marker marks on the walls. We waited over 2 weeks for any repairs to even be addressed. It became a trying process to get any answers or any repairs completed in a timely manner. We provided the office with photos of each room, and sent detailed emails. Our bedroom doors still make very loud noises when opening them due to the excessive buildup of paint-they need to be replaced or completely sanded down. We requested this and the result was a the coat of paint. The bedroom door in the master bedroom has had a hole it in since the day we moved it, and has never been repaired. Pest control is a joke-we had an infestation of ants in our home as well as our outdoor storage and were told that pest control only services inside the unit. As a result we have spent our own money to purchase products to control the ants. There are various holes in the foundation of our building where pests can enter, again we’ve asked for them to be fixed to no avail. Currently we have requested service for a possum which appears to be trapped inside of our unit and have been met with more laid back responses. Maintenance did come but reported they found nothing, even after hearing multiple video recordings of the noises coming from our a/c closet. We submitted a pest control request and were then told that maintenance will patch the potential entry point without addressing the animal inside our unit. Although this complex does offer many amenities, unfortunately if you need any repairs done you should be prepared to wait. We keep records of every interaction we have with the leasing office to ensure that things are completed. There is very little communication after repairs are done or to schedule appointment times unless we ask multiple times. Again, Blair is wonderful at her job and offers as much assistance as she can but many things are above her.

The process before coming to Waters Edge was soo stressful . After meeting with Blair she showed us the perfect apartment along with the pricing was the best we’ve come across the application process and approval was literally done in minutes . The move in special was perfect timing we couldn’t be any happier with the service and everyone else in the office. Thank you so much for everything

Looking for an apartment can be stressful, but I want to thank Blair for making this process easy for us and stress-free. Blair was patient, kind, and understanding with us. My boyfriend and I were very indecisive in where to live, even though deep inside we really liked this place. But we don’t like to make instant decisions without giving it some though, and we never felt pressured from Blair. She listened to our needs and showed us many units, I really liked that we never felt like we needed to make a decision right then and there because most places try to lock you in without giving you a chance to think. Everyone here was consistent in their service and it felt very welcoming. We are very excited to make it our home. Thank you Blair for being genuinely kind and caring!

I have lived at Waters Edge for 2 months and the staff is great, attentive and very professional. The fit and finish in the apartments is top notch plus it is so very quiet. Add the tremendous location, views and you have a 5-star living arrangement. The staff in the leasing office, (Blair) is so friendly, informative, caring and willing to help coordinate any needs you need.

After spending all weekend looking for the best place/community to move to, I decided to make Water Edge my new home. From the time I step into the community you can tell they take care of everything. Specially after the hurricane it's very hard to clean up so fast, and Water Edge was the best one I saw out of 10 places I went to. The second thing I loved was how nice Nancy was, she's super sweet and you can tell all the residents like her, because everyone smiles and wants to say hi to her. The second time I went to the office Nichole finalized my approval, and she was also a sweetheart and professional. The apartments are super spacious, and remodeled. I love they have the extra sink in the main room for the 1/1. I'm really excited for my Move-In date. Keep it up guys! you are great

When I was first looking for apartments in Sunrise, FL, the location of Water's Edge Apartments was one of the main things that attracted me to it. It is located only minutes from the Sawgrass Mills Mall, minutes from the expressway, grocery stores, restaurants, you name it. However, I wasn't able to see the apartment in person because I was moving from Vermont. When we first arrived the apartment had a few issues that we were a little annoyed with (loose tiles in the bathroom, carpet tack strip poking through, broken blinds, etc.). The reason this was disconcerting is because we paid a $300 "decorating fee" before we moved in. That being said, we reported these issues and they were eventually fixed. The apartments are pretty affordable, there is a pool, playground, gym, tennis court, and basketball court, and they are pet friendly. We were very happy that they accepted our 115lb dog Onyx. It is also a quiet neighbourhood, the people are nice, and the staff is friendly. We aren't planning on staying for a very long time, but for the time being it works for us.

It's wonderful coming home and sitting on you patio on the lake. Waters edge is a very relaxing place to live
