The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Watermark
I love my apartment. It has a big porch and is so close to the lake. Maintenance has been wonderful anytime I have needed anything. I feel so at home here. This is a beautiful place filled with wonderful people.

We are glad to learn that you are satisfied with your apartment and the surrounding area. It is reassuring to know that our maintenance team has been able to provide you with effective assistance. Our goal is to establish a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for everyone. Your positive feedback is greatly appreciated.
Really poor management. They only care about their money. Left apartment a month before lease was ended, but payed all lease rent, turned in key and they proceeded to charge me two additional months of rent past the lease end. For only giving 1 mos advanced notice. Mind you they now have an empty apartment 1 mos earlier than they would have to prep for next tenant. Make it make sense. 2 Months of additional rent! Shows what they are about.

A multitude of different managers here one day, gone the next, non-existent maintenance. Being continuously ignored, rent doubling.
Property Manager at Watermark, Responded To This Review
We're sorry to hear about these incidents. We hope you'll stop by the leasing office soon so we can figure out a solution.
I have lived here for going on 13 years. It has always had its problems, but nothing bad enough to make me want to leave until now. The managers we've had for years are gone and there have been at least 3 new people in the office that I know off since. There has been zero communication with the residents on what is going on around here. Many projects started and have been stopped for WEEKS. We have 2 pools but we can't use them. Rent is being jacked WAY up and again zero communication about it. There is literal trash all over the property and it looks gross. No one seems to care. The only communication has been a note in the door this week staring URGENT NOTICE someone will be coming in within the next 3 days to measure for new kitchen counter tops. Are you freaking kidding me? We have bigger problems right now. I can rarely reach anyone in the "office'. I've reported all the mold in my apartment several times (when I actually reach someone) and have been told to get some bleach and clean it myself. I used to love it here, but now I'm ready to get out just as soon as my lease is up.
My apt looks worse since the remodel. Paint all over the bathroom floors. The commode rocks when you sit down. Wallpaper hanging off. Mold behind the commode in the master bath. Saw a little mouse in the kitchen. Nothing ever gets fixed. Better apts all over hendersonville for the same price my lease is not up until Oct. But making arrangements as I am typing this to move Run, don't walk to your nearest exit. Take care everyone.
Run, don't walk to your nearest exit. Not worth the money. My apt. Looks worse after the remodel. What does that tell you.
The apartments are okay . It’s very quiet . The neighbors are nice but the problem is when we called the office & asked for maintenance or anyone to come to the apartment THEY NEVER CAME UNLESS IT WAS ABOUT THE PEOPLE DOWNSTAIRS ! We’ve spent months after calling them telling them mold was building up in our dishwasher & because the dishwasher was overflowing . The lady at the office said they would be there a certain day but NEVER CAME until the people downstairs had problems with their ceiling . When the maintenance guys came to the apartment about the people downstairs I’m thinking they’re coming for us because it was the day THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO COME ! They told us the lady at the office never told them anything but thy fixed it finally. Our dishes were moldy & me & my daughter gotten sick because of it . THEN spiders has been coming from cracks in the wall that wasn’t there when I got the apartment & I called & asked the lady & even told her about what has been going on & said she would get someone to come in & ONCE AGAIN NEVER CAME ! I could’ve really sued them . Them saying they’re sorry & they be busy is an EXCUSE ! I’m ready to move !
