I think it is a great place to live the staff and the tenants are very nice and easy to get along with.
Maintenance man was very knowledgeable, kind and neat. I recently moved into these apartments and am loving my new home and the staff is amazing!
I just don't like how there is no outdoor privacy
Poor management, loud noise at night, dumpster over filled with garbage, garbage scattered everywhere, a/c doesn’t work when it rains, cupboards dry rot, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY, get somewhere decent, I was new to the area and I ended up there, thank God the lease was only 9 months.
Management is TERRIBLE! They partially fix things and is super unprofessional! They also will have your car towed for nothing!

I absolutely love living here! Waterleaf and it's surroundings is beautiful, and I have been proud to call it "home". The grounds are maintained nicely, service requests are executed in a timely fashion, and the employees are very friendly; especially our new manager. I couldn't be happier with my apartment here, so I felt compelled to share!
The office and the maintenance staff are amazing and very friendly. They make me feel safe and at home in community. The complex is also located in such a convenient area, making it easy to access several places such as the hospital, beach, and main shopping districts.
Great location and pet friendly! I love being able to walk across the street to the river trail, and have never had any issues with staff or maintenance. Units aren't brand new, but everything was updated and clean when I moved in.
I have lived in other communities that are horrible and this place is not one of them. I have been here over for over 1 year and it is a very nice place to live. The management and maintenance staff are always very nice and helpful and do their best to keep it up.
Very beautiful, spacious and comfortable apartment! The staff is very nice and professional. The community is clean and quiet. Repair/maintenance service is fast and professional. The upkeep with the amenities (pool, gym) is great, I have never had an issues using either.
I've had a great experience living at Waterleaf. I love how the bedrooms are on a separate floor, away from the living areas, and my kids love the playground and pool.
This place has gone through a lot of changes, and all of them are for the better. I love the layout of my apartment. 3 bedrooms, good sized kitchens, and they allow pets!
We lived here a few years ago, and just recently relocated back to Florida. Because Waterleaf was in such a convenient location, we decided to come back and I am glad we did. Our unit has been upgraded (no carpet which I love), and on site security. Perfect place for me and my family.
This is the worse place ever! There is NO street lights because the complex office had their electricity disconnected due to nonpayment. The pictures are NOTHING like the complex really looks like. There is only 1 pool and for 2 years has only had 1 pool, although they advertise 2. There has been blood found all over the pool deck and inside the pool and it was left for over a day and then hosed off. There is NO gym, business center, basketball court, or playground. You are NOT allowed to be in front of your own apartment and if you have children they are not allowed to play outside. The office management is Rude and disrespectful when talking to you like you have no education, they never returns calls nor does the maintainence fix what needs repairing. The office management instructed the maintainence to put plyboard over the MOLD issue in the walls and baseboard. The air conditioning was completely out for days before coming to look it. The electrical has issues, toilet constantly runs water. Just to name a few issues. The trash area is CONSTANTLY over flowing and garbage is ALWAYS everywhere.
I love the kitchen and rooms, and the neighborhood.
Cant wait to move in to my new apartments. So far the staff has been really professional .

Renter beware. Poorly managed, constant manager and staff changes, multiple rule and policy changes randomly. Definitely not a place you want to stay long term.
I have lived here at Sailpoint apartments for two years now. It has been a joy living in such a beautiful up keept community. We have a manager of the apartment complex her name is Debbi. She is so sweet and cares about problem you may have. She has made these homes come tohether by making calenders with events she manages. We have popsicle day where all the kids get free popsicle over summer. She has arts and craft days held at the park. She has even started contest. Whoever has the best looking cleanest patio wins $200 off rent for the month. Every month she picks someone. She lives in out apartment comex every morning she walks around picks up any trash outside. The lawn is keept beautiful. The pools have been redone. I have a upstairs and downstairs apartment three bedroom three bathroom . Me and my children are very happy here with Debbie as our manager . We plan on staying.Thank you Sailpoint.
