I have lived here since last summer after moving back to PNW. I love the proximity to grocery stores and the park. The grounds are always clean and I haven't had issue with anything.

The glass in both bedrooms windows are broken. I have been waiting since July to have them replaced. I have submitted two different work orders. The first says it was completed but was never contacted. I just went back to the most recent request and they "cancelled" the order without any notification whatsoever. In the meantime, bugs and rain are coming into unit. It is now almost November. Would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone.

I really love my home at Waterhouse Place. The grounds are well kept, the staff is helpful and efficient, and the maintenance crew is top notch. I’ve only lived in this community for 4 months but have nothing but great things to say about living here.

I lived here for over 3 years and would've stayed longer, but we finally bought a home. I waited until after my final move out assessments were done to write this. Everything was handled very fair and In didn't get charged anything crazy after I left. This place is so conveniently located, I could always walk a short distance to get the things I needed. Parking is something that usually is tough in apartment life, but not the case here! I rarely found trouble parking close to my unit. Office team was always a pleasure to deal with. They are all very professional and friendly... but not so friendly that it feels fake. Maintenance too. All very genuinely helpful people. The interiors are fantastically maintained too. The walls are not paper thin here and I found it very peaceful. Can't say enough good things about this place.
I have lived here for about 2 months now and am very happy! The apartment is extremely nice with great views, TONS of privacy and it's so quiet! Alan, the service tech, handled my issue quickly with little wait time which was impressive. Dani Williams was very helpful and patient with me through the whole process of choosing an apartment. I was so indecisive and was in the office or calling a lot but yet I was always greeted with patients and a smile. Aron, the community manager was also very attentive. I love it here!
Our family has been living here since summer of 2018, and we have truly enjoyed it so far. The neighborhood is quiet, friendly, and a great place to live overall. Everything is easily accessible, including help having to do with a household problem or a package delivery. The amenities add a nice touch, with features such as a swimming pool ( which is great for the summer ) and a fitness center. Additionally, the management staff is extremely friendly and they always greet us with a smile. The peaceful neighborhood and great location make for a very nice place to live. We definitely feel like we made the right decision living here.
Don't expect to see any of your deposit! Notice given 2 days after lease exp. A week later, got final rent bill pro-rated to move-out date and paid it. 28 days after move, got statement saying I owed more than my deposit because they didn't pro-rate at the higher monthly rental rate. Back-door tactic to get more $$. Sob stories about AUM and short staffing and how many hours they're working. They can't seem to manage basic accounting, although Holland Properties owns a LOT of rentals in the area. Underhanded and greedy. Complex is nice, office staff nice, management greedy.
Waterhouse Place has been a great community to call home so far. This is my first apartment living experience, and I'm very glad that my coworker suggested we check Waterhouse out! I can't imagine we would have been happier at another complex. Lisa and Sarah in the leasing office are always incredibly friendly and helpful. They recognize us and call us by name and always have a treat handy for our dog. They put a lot of effort in the upkeep of the grounds, and everything around the property looks great. The gym and pool are kept clean and functional and we have access to trails behind the property that are great for walking dogs or just taking a nice stroll. The location of the community itself is great as well. It's close to Fred Meyer and Costco, and just a short drive from Tanasbourne. Despite being in a busy area though, the property feels very private. There are brick walls separating the apartments from 158th, and the community butts right up against a cute, quiet neighborhood. We haven't had a whole lot of interaction with our neighbors, but overall, everyone seems nice and the apartment itself is very quiet. We hear the occasional footsteps from upstairs, but it's nothing disruptive and honestly, it's to be expected if you're living in an apartment. We looked at quite a few places last year before settling here and even though Waterhouse was slightly more expensive than other communities in Beaverton, it was well worth it. We are absoultely going to be re-signing at the end of our lease. If you are in the market for an apartment home in the Beaverton area, I would absolutely consider checking out Waterhouse Place!
