I live in one of the apartments. Two times someone stole my bike. There are no cameras provided for security. And once someone tried to get into my apartment through window too. Then, one of the office workers said you should call police on that time. A few days ago, I saw one homeless sitting inside the building on the stairs. Their door locks don't work that much. I am so disappointed with this. I went to the office several times and they just end the conversation before starting by saying "call police and we don't take your responsibility." So basically, they don't take any responsibility, or provide tight security. First, I suggested few of my relatives to come in these apartments. But, yesterday, I told them about security issues. They cancelled moving in here.

Location- It is right opposite to Glen Park and also has best rated elementary and middle school within a mile. Also, has grocery stores and hospitals near by. Nominal rent. Apartment Design- Simple design with no messy room structure. This helps in better space utilization. High ceiling apartments. my apartment get good natural sung light. Easy to maintain hardwood floors is a plus.
I absolutely love living at Waterford! The management, office staff and maintenance staff are top notch! I have lived at Waterford place for almost 17 years and raised my daughter here. It is a beautiful and very comfortable little community, I couldn’t call a better place home! Just all-around fabulous!
Great place to live in Dublin. Close to Safeway, restaurants, shops and banking. Beautifully-maintained facility with friendly service from management and maintenance department. When friends visit, they always remark on the lovely grounds, public areas, and my spacious apartment . The cement structure (instead of wood or steel), creates effective insulation from sounds and adds a welcome quietness to the visual peacefulness. Five stars!

Our family just moved into Waterford Place about a month ago and so far we have been enjoying our stay. Staff and neighbors are friendly, maintenance is doing a great job when I submitted a repair form for the apt, and the end of summer pool party was a big hit! My daughter and I had so much fun attending the pool party. Looking forward to hopefully more resident events!

Very quite and full of privacy, Pre School, Safeway, Hospitals are just on walking distance which saves lots of time and energy. Very beautiful park and play area in front of scociety where I always take long walk with my dog i morning. Wonderfull place to enjoy peaceful life.

Waterford Place has been my home since the complex was been built. The staff whether it be maintenance or administrative is excellent and always willing to help in every way. Parking in the complex was designed to have ample parking and your vehicle is covered because of its interior parking design of the building. Within walking distance you’ll find everything you need from banking to restaurants to dry cleaning to AAA and a largest park in the city of Dublin is just steps away.

Great apartment for family. Especially great for children, or people who cannot drive, as it is walking distances to a large park, a supermarket, and a hospital. The apartment is in a quiet and safe area.

Over all the experience was good as I was on the top floor and away from noise. Did not get a lot of help from the desk at the office for issues. Door jam around lock was busted and puttied. In my opinion should have been replaced for safety. Moved out of my apartment at the beginning of June. Cleaned apartment and confirmed would be receiving deposit. It is September and still have not received my deposit. Contacted the front desk but still no response from old or new management.
I received a rather disgusting response to the virus shutdown. As a disabled veteran who is currently unemployed, I have to watch every penny I spend. I asked for a small, partial refund on rent because all of the amenities we are paying for are closed, but management said all tenants must continue to pay full price, even though we cannot access the amenities we are paying for. We as tenants are paying full price to have access to these amenities, they have been closed for months and likely will be closed for the next few months as well. I do not think it is fair or justified to have us pay for services that we can't use. Like they say, in hard times people show their true colors. also the complex doesn't have enough dumpsters and doesn't change them out enough so the trash chutes are always backed up and trash builds up in the hallways.
I have lived all over the US and abroad. Large homes, luxury apartments and budget holes in the wall. This place hit the nail right on the head. The staff is amazing, unsurpassed in accommodating your needs and anticipating them as well. Always friendly, helpful and smiling. The apartments are very high quality, durable and functional. This complex is great. The apartments are clean and modern with great balconies there is plenty of parking since there is a parking garage built into the center of the complex. Everyone is friendly. It's also really close to a bunch of shops. They are literally right down stairs so you don't even have to get into your car and you can get your grocery shopping done! The staff is incredible and always make sure everything is in top condition. There is a pool and hot tub that are always clean and ready to be used. There's also a gym that's a little small but has everything you need as well as a theater you can rent out and watch your favorite movies with all your friends! Living here has been a real treat!
Perfect apartment with easy access to shopping and the park across the street. Farmers market during the summer.
