Waterford Park Apartment Homes

I just moved in a month ago and it was the biggest mistake of my life!!! The community gate is always down, maintenance is always gaslighting me that I am the reason my apartment is falling apart. I can even use my own restroom without having to unclog my toilet on a daily basis. Took the apartment 3 weeks to get me a washing machine.

Management/corporate is greedy and horrible. We gave 60 days notice and returned our keys and everything at the end of the 60 and yet after promising in person, verbal confirmation that they would not be charging us for a whole month of rent that we were even aren't even living in the unit any longer, they change their mind and want to charge us the whole month of November even though November 9th was the end of the 60 days. We already payed the November amount that they initially requested VIA EMAIL from one of their incompetent property managers, but want to turn around and request the full month. Makes no sense. They could even keep the "community" "gated" for practically the whole time we lived there. Also if you want to play this game on all of your tenants when its time for them to move out, I hope you use the money you lust over to actually do some renovations to that sad gym and invest in a more stable higher security gate system.

The front gate is down nearly every other week and has been down now for over 2 weeks. The appliances are in desperate need of an upgrade, but they only keep on patching them, until they can't be repaired, and then you have to stay on them to replace them. The bathroom tub "gets painted" with a coating leaving a rough residue on all the surfaces. The dials are unreadable and in need of replacement. This was once one of the affordable rental communities but last year they raised the rent by 14%, and with the need to upgrade the baths and kitchens rent is only going to climb.

I spoke with the manager over the phone and I had to go see the apt in person just by the detailed way she described it. I went by the property and met manager and she was awesome ....:but as for the property and apt.... it was way more beautiful In person than I expected.... The property is immaculately maintained and the apt is huge and beautiful:.. love that they are townhome, so it felt like my personal home. My move in a schedule In a few days and I cant wait to move in. Great staff and beautiful property.

Living at Waterford Park Lauderhill has been a grand experience. I love my two bedroom townhome and all the modern, sparking new appliances. I’ve spent time at the gym and the pool lounge. I invite my friends over on the weekends to make use of the volley balls court!

I reported my maintenance need on the weekend after putting it off. I had wanted to report it in person but ran out of time and used the online process instead. Monday while I was at work they came in and solved my tub draining issue. Left a nice calling card to let me know it had been done. Great job guys!

I have no complaints living at Waterford Park Lauderhill! I’ve been here three years now. I like how safe this place is and all the tenants are happy and friendly towards each other. This makes the community areas such as the club house and pools drama free.

I really enjoy living at Waterford Park. The amenities and upgrades are what convinced me to move here. I enjoy the walking trails. They are surrounded with beautiful landscaping. Lauderhill has much to offer and if I want a more diverse experience Fort Lauderdale is not too far away.

I recently moved into a townhome at Waterford Park. The location suits me well for commuting to work. The two bedroom town home was recently upgraded. What I really liked is the facility is pet friendly. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained.

I truly enjoy living at the Waterford Park! The staff are great, kind, and caring folks that are always willing to help you. All the common areas such as the pool and the gym are clean and are of high quality. I cannot imagine living anywhere else right now!

When I was relocating because of my job, it was highly recommended to have my residence be at Waterford Park. And what I great recommendation! The commute to my job is convenient and quite pleasant. I especially like the fact that they have a car care center for my vehicle.

Waterford Park has nice, beautiful apartments and fantastic, well kept amenities. The management teams here keep their residents feeling happy and welcomed. Because of that, the common areas such as the pools and lounge are drama free. Everyone is good to one another which is the way things should be!

I am currently trying to be transfer into another apartment due to my living room flooding and possibly rust and mold. The management here is refusing to let me know any action plans. It has been three days and all they have done is try to keep me here and provide fans to dry my living room. The management is so poor and unethical. I am so sad and disappointed that I have to continue to live in an unsafe environment. If I could break my lease I would today and move to a place that my furniture is not soak in water.

I already love my place at Waterford Park but let me tell you about the second reason why I stay here: The Amenities! The pools are very pleasant and properly maintained. They are never crowded! The business center is my office at home when I am not at work. Using that keeps my home a home!

Waterford Park is an awesome complex. I moved in 4 months ago and have enjoyed everything this place has to offer. I already know it’s because of the great people who work here. You just feel that they care about you!

Both the staff and management of this complex complement the facility itself. Ever since I moved in, I have felt welcomed, safe, cared for, and most importantly, happy. I cannot believe I lived somewhere else that was nowhere near how wonderful this place is.

The staff makes this place awesome! They are all helpful and knowledgeable and super friendly. When things need maintenance, like some of the gym equipment, they have people who are top of it right away. The various fixes that I’ve needed done in my apartment where done professionally and quickly!

One simple word describes this place: Comfort! My apartment is so comfortable to be in. Residents can comfortably enjoy the gym, the pools, and all the other common areas as they are all spacious and never crowded. A kind and caring staff just puts this place over the top!

I really enjoy living in this complex because it’s in a great location! It is clean and well maintained by an awesome staff. The staff themselves is friendly and extremely helpful. The common areas are very enjoyable to be in because everyone is happy to live here!

I absolutely loved what I was showed. They were very attentive and was able to answer all my questions with professionalism. I loved the fact that pets are welcomed. It makes me happy that all members of my family can reside there.

I've been here for 2 years and I haven't had any problems. The ladies in the leasing office are very nice and helpful. We have had an excellent time here and we are glad to say that we live here. The team does a lot for the residents and it shows how much they want to help out and make you happy. The maintenance team does a wonderful job also. This is a nice community and Ii would recommend it to anyone.

The leasing consultants in the office really go out of their way. They helped me get a special and move in a week early. The grounds are clean as are all of the common areas. If I call for help, they handle it right away. They are top notch in my book.

Absolute nightmare!! We just received a letter that not only are we not getting our security deposit back, but they are CHARGING us an extra $200 in bogus charges. Also we paid an extra $200 "pet deposit" which should cover any damages (which there weren't any). We will be perusing legal action and will not pay for this scam! We have pictures and videos of the pristine condition we left the apartment in! Would give 0 stars if I could. Grass was ALWAYS filled with dog poop. The walkways were ALWAYS filled with mud. They would leave the sprinklers on and just create more mud. Gates were ALWAYS broken. Maintenance requests were a joke. Waited a week to have my dishwasher replaced. I kept calling and got different excuses each time. Don't even bother putting in online requests, because they don't check them.

I like that I live in a town home and gated community but I feel like I'm over paying for a one bedroom

I have resided at Waterford Apartment for over 8 years and there have been a lot of changes. Overall, it is a decent place to live. The complex is located in a convenient area for shopping. The gated community provides comfort regarding safety. The gym and leasing office have been renovated. However, the rent keeps increasing dramatically each year, the walls are thin and access to the leasing staff is limited. Additionally, the trash area is too small to support one building's needs, let alone two. It is an okay place to live.

This is an awesome place to live!! The apartments are spacious, contains plenty of storage, and is very functional. The grounds are well maintained and the pool area is reminiscent of a luxury resort. The location is within minutes of shopping and entertainment. The leasing staff is superb and the maintenance team is timely and responsive. I would recommend this property to anyone without hesitation!

I think the complex is quiet beautiful and has a dog park great for me and my dog. When I am required to relocate this is my first choice.
