Property Ratings at Waterford Luxury Apartments & Villas
Best rental experience we’ve had by far. The office staff is very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Maintenance is quick and rarely needed. Neighbors are quiet, clean, and kind. Loved having a big granite island in the kitchen, a garage and private entrance. Amazing location, so close to restaurants, 90, and grocery stores. Never had issues with noise which has always been an issue every other time we shared walls. We lived here in a year and a half, only left because we were ready to own a home and needed more space for our growing family. We really did love it here.
unfortunately the management staff doesn't do much at all... they even look at the caller id to determine if they want to talk to you.... and besides urgent repairs... all you get is the run around about why the issue hasn't been addressed. overall the property is well taken care of, especially for new move ins....but after you have been here a while....there are no incentives....which is most likely many of the units turn over every few months.
