Waterford Landing is a little gem nestled off I-40 and Old Hickory Blvd. The property is surrounded by nature which adds to its character. You can find everything you need within a short 5-10 minute drive such as grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, and parks & recreational areas.

The community is clean and dog bags offered throughout walkable areas. Maintenance is ready available for emergency calls. I’ve enjoyed my time here.

Love everything about my apartment, there’s so much light and the bay windows make it feel so open. The location is great, and the ladies in the office are incredible.

The apartment community is very quiet everyone is so friendlyI also love that I can walk around with my kids it is very safe. Everyones also helpful.

So far things are okay. There are some quirks with my place and I hope the list of things I turned in on the move in sheet will get fixed soon. Am most disappointed in the bathroom sink, which I thought was upgraded, but has rust stains that were just painted over at some time in the past and now are starting to show through when I clean the sink as the paint is peeling off. The apartment is cute and is mostly quiet. The one time I requested maintenance, it was quickly done and I appreciate that.

Safe and secure in my home. The sweet ladies in the office are always such a big help if I ever need anything. I’m happy to call Waterford landing home.

From the moment we came to view the property to move in was a matter of days, staff was diligent in answering our questions and kept our move in process as smooth as possible. Peaceful and quiet community.

Everything has been relatively smooth throughout the move-in process. Technology has made life so much easier…. In most ways, lol! Beautiful community. Very excited to a part of it!

Cindy at the office is excellent as well as the maintenance workers. Prices are high, but that's everywhere nowadays :/ I enjoy living here, location is excellent and community is quiet

Decent place, staff is friendly and very helpful! Rooms with bay windows have extreme temperatures. Closets could be bigger, but overall good. 2yrs in

Since moving here the sweet ladies in the office have made sure I have had everything I need to feel safe and comfortable here at Waterford Landing. I resigned my lease early because I love my home here so much. They are so prompt to respond to any needs that may arise.

When I come to see the apartment I found good staff and nice management they are very professional and apartment very clean everything working good and maintenance team are coming faster and the location is near for a lot of shopping area

Overall, the complex is very nice. Some noise, and the parking can be crappy. Idiots move in sometimes and think it's a party palace. Nice for the price.

Waterford Landing is a clean and well kept. The maintenance team is very responsive and knowledgeable and get things done timely. Updates are being done frequently. That’s awesome. I do wish that carpet cleaning was available to us long term residents. The carpet was stained before I moved in but was cleaned. However after being here a few months The stains appear again. And after each cleaning the same thing happens.

I have enjoyed my time living here! Always quiet & peaceful. Leasing office staff is the best! Always ready to help with a smile on. Would recommend to my peers.

Nice gated community with easy access to I-40. Nature is beautifully incorporated into the property. Smart home technology. Friendly staff.

Amazing spot!! Friendly staff and beautiful apartments! The apartments are very spacious and have a lot of light from their big windows. The amenities are great and we feel very safe in the complex!

It’s a great community! You will like living here. Everyone keeps to themselves and the staff is very helpful. It’s close to several different restaurants and shops. East access to the interstate as well.

This is the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. Everyone from the maintenance team to the leasing office is so kind and genuinely wants the best for the residents here. I have felt like I’m in good hands.A big thanks to everyone here!

We've lived here for several years and really enjoy living here. The staff are friendly and attentive and strive to keep the property clean and up to date.

In the past year or so, we have had several car break-ins, and we feel less safe. Overall, it's still a good place to live. Need mire security lights.

Recently moved in and the move in process was quick and easy. Once we received our code everything was ready for us when we moved in. Very easy.

Staff helpful with answering questions. Maintenance crew good to work with and quick service. Upkeep good with changing filters and checking smoke alarms.

Very quiet, complex is kept clean and tidy. Maintenance responds pretty quick and is excellent! The ladies in the office are very nice and they go above and beyond!

The apartments are well maintained. The maintenance team is great. I love the neighborhood. I love how they keep everything looking nice. They let you know in advance whenever something I going to be done so that you are aware.

Waterford Landing is a tremendous apartment community. The residents are friendly and welcoming. The pool is awesome, and the maintenance is ON IT.

I have really enjoyed my stay at Waterford. The office staff and maintenance guys have been first rate. I have enjoyed the gym which I use pretty often.

So glad I chose Waterford Landing. It’s safe, clean, and quiet. Everyone minds their own business and keeps to themselves but are still very friendly.

Friendly neighbors. Prompt and friendly maintenance service! I receive immediate attention when I enter the office. Notifications about changes and updates to the complex are consistent and courteous. The complex is in close proximity to lots of shopping and I enjoy that.

The staff was beyond helpful with getting me set up in my new home! Cindy especially! The only bad thing I’ve experienced while moving in is that the dog park is tiny and not well kept. But everything else is amazing!

The staff at this property is the best around and the management is second to none and they are doing improvements to the property fresh black top and parking lines for one. They are super easy to talk to and understand anything you bring up.

Great maintenance and staff. The pool is clean and gated, and the apartments great high ceilings. 10/10 I would recommend Waterford Landing

Overall satisfied ! I’ve lived here for over 7 years and I wish they would schedule a refresh “ carpet cleaning , cabinet check to make sure there closing right because mine are not” etc.”

We love our little home in this little community, its nice and clean and very comfortable! I am especially happy with the team who takes care of all of us: Jessica, Cindy, and Trish (who handle every concern with a kind supportive immediacy) as well as Lee and Clayton who are respectful and effective when they enter our home for repairs and updates. I look forward to all the ways this little community continues to grow and thrive and I am grateful to have found a kind group of people to live near and play with!

Decent apartments for the price, but due to a $200 increase for our next lease we’ll be looking elsewhere. Our apartment is NOT an upgraded unit. Many things are falling apart. The cabinet doors literally fall off in the kitchen when you open them. Toilet paper holders will not stay attached to the walls. Lots of water leaks and our windows have mold i have to clean regularly. The subfloor in our unit has been broken in multiple places since we moved in and I’m afraid one day it’s just going to fall all the way in. If you get an updated unit I’d say these are worth the price, but for our unit in particular such a huge increase in rent is insane.

I have been a resident here for about 5 years. The apartments are spacious and beautiful. The team managing the property are very helpful. Cindy and Trish in the office, along with Lee on the maintenance team are fantastic! It's a quiet, gated community with great neighbors. Highly recommend if you're looking for a new home!

It’s a very pleasant place to live. It’s kept clean and well maintained. Everyone is friendly and willing to help others. Anytime I need maintenance they are here quick and they always correct the problem. Most of my issues are always minor. I did end up needing a new air unit and they replaced it without hesitation. I am pleased.

Nice place to live. Pool is clean, gym has good equipment, grounds kept up. Parking is a bit of an issue but worth it to live here. Happy overall.

Everything is pretty decent. Better security is needed up on this hill. Staff is amazing, including maintenance, can’t say anything bad about them! My neighbors are all very friendly and helpful. Would like to see upgrades in the laundry area. Machines are old and don’t take cards. Also no way to get coins in there.

Although we had slight complications the lady that helped us was kind and patient with the whole process. We just moved in so far so good and the neighbors are friendly! Thank you Cindy!!

They’re decent. Amenities are nice. Rent is high. Location is great. Majority of office staff is friendly. I feel like there’s a ton of dangerous people living in the complex. There’s constant fights, loud blaring music in the parking lot, random knocking/beating on doors, people revving engines on purpose all hours of the night, now cars are being being broken into. It’s just like every week there’s something new. It’s exhausting. I give it a 5/10. Not too bad but not amazing either.

Price is outrageous imo and much more than the lease price I agreed upon...don't know why it kept rising. Car got broken into.people don't pick up their dogs poop it's all over the lawns.

The ladies in the office are wonderful, so nice and helpful, if anything happens they are always on it right away, theu go out of their way to make sure you're ok.

Waterford Landing has been a great place to live since moving to Nashville. The convenience of location, high ceilings, and great maintenance are a few of the big positives

This is a great community to live. The neighborhood is quite, neighbors are friendly, and you have the added safety of a gated community. Apartments are beautiful and spacious with nice decks and fireplace. Office staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend if you're looking for a new home.
