Excellent review!!

You guys apartments are amazing the pool and fitness is just amazing. You guys should stay in watercourse apartments !

I stayed at watercourse for 18months. After they switched companies my experience was terrible. We could only have two cars parked in front of the building to accommodate our neighbors but once they switched companies I had to get home early to park or I would have to park three buildings down. People would park cars they didn’t drive or work but the office didn’t do anything about it, just told me I could park in the extra space which was four buildings down. It’s a gated community but half the time the box didn’t work to let you in so if you left your key card or had visitors after 6pm you would have to wait until someone with a card could let you in. My air went out during the summer while I was 8months pregnant called the maintenance line at 10pm nobody answered until 7am and didn’t come out until 11am. It was the middle of June. I kept calling about my toilet not flushing the maintenance man informed me that it was molded and needed to be replaced 3months after me moving in but they never replaced it just kept pouring solution down it. They will find anyway to get money out of you. They raised rent which is why most people moved out and they started charging for you to have a pet which they didn’t do at first. You pay for trash but the valet person didn’t come most nights or wouldn’t take your trash if you had multiple bags. The trash can is too small but you pay for them to take a Walmart bag to the dumpster. I couldn’t get my deposit back due to a late fee. My rent has never been late, but because I accidentally charged my card twice $1200 and called my bank to dispute one of the charges because the ladies at the office couldn’t do anything but leave a credit on the account I got charged for a returned payment. I don’t know anyone who would be willing to leave $1200 on their account knowing they have other bills and a kid to take care of just because the faculty didn’t know how to credit my bank account back. No accommodations what so ever, so I had no choice but to contact my bank. I paid the bill on time but couldn’t get the second payment I made back for the same amount. Overall my experience with watercourse was terrible once no management took over. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
