Property Ratings at Washington Place Apartments
Great location for walkers and bikers commuting to downtown. Clean, well maintained property near several other apartments and across the street from a lovely park that's dog friendly. Only complaint is the heating unit is electric but other than that it's a perfect place for me and my life style.
It is well maintained secured building with great maintenance crew. Location is good. I give it 4 1/2 *
