The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Forgot about our appointment and made us wait 20 mins to see her. She then said she no longer had the apartment we were scheduled to see! I would recommend avoiding this place.
Property Manager at Washington Park Terrace, Responded To This Review
Hello, We apologize for the experience that you had at our Washington Park Terrace apartment community in Morristown, NJ. We reached out to both the On-site Leasing Agent as well as the Regional Leasing Office and they do not have record of a recent tour at this community. We work really hard to make sure our existing tenants and prospective tenants receive an exceptional level of customer service. In this instance, it looks like we didn't meet your needs. We promise to do better. We invite you to contact the On-site Leasing Agent again to schedule a tour or reach out to our Regional Leasing Office to see if any of our other Morristown apartment communities have availability to meet your needs. Thank you. Salem Management Company
This building is perfect for the recent college graduate just starting out. Great Location in Morristown that you can walk anywhere! Not the place for older residents. It is loud on the weekends. It is an older building but a secure one. The onsite care takers are great but they don't have much to work with from the management company. The windows are awful. Never been cleaned on the outside.
