Washington Crossing Apartments

This is my first community that I have lived in. Prior to moving here I looked at quite a few apartment communities. Washington Crossing definitely was first choice. I really was pleased about the location and for my first time coming here the staff was really great. They were very attentive and showing me multiple options in different buildings and to each building was so clean so it made my decision very easy when choosing my next home. Ive been here for a few months now and I love it. another aspect that made me choose Washington Crossing I was assigned parking the other complexes didnt offer that and storage in each building that is awesome. Im really looking forward to the summer when the pool opens in my little ones can swim and meet friends.

My boyfriend and I love our home here. I have already met so many wonderful people and apartment is gorgeous with lots of room and storage. There have been many good updates since the new management, especially the package room. We have high hopes for the summer when the pool opens- can't wait!

I've had nothing but issues since the day I moved in. The floors aren't insulated at all, so I can hear every noise my upstairs and downstairs neighbours make - I can hear their kids crying and I can tell what movies they are watching. There were insects in the apartment. I thought my cooling was broken when I moved in, but it turns out they just hadn't maintained the HVAC after I had them come to the apartment three times. I thought my heating was broken when the winter came but it turns out you can only have one enabled at a time, so you have to call maintenance to come switch it twice a year when the seasons change, which no one ever told me. This year with COVID none of the amenities have been available, so it's just an overpriced apartment. The trash and recycling dumpsters don't get emptied enough so people have no choice but to put bags of trash on the ground. You can't get rid of anything that can't go into a compactor without calling the got junk people and paying to have it removed.

When we moved in to this apartment with 2 little kids, we had lots of hopes since it was called "Luxury Apartments". Apparently, there is no luxury in the quality of appliances or heat. We had issues on the stove starting day1 and the maintenance kept saying that they have ordered a part of the stove that was faulty and it never came since then and its been about a month now. Now the heating, with the low temps outside, the ducts that is away from the temp control never gave out any kind of heat. The maintenance after a lot of troubleshooting said that it might be due to the 18 year old duct inside the ceiling and they can do nothing about that!! You guys could do better !

Apartment could be a little bit bigger, very quiet, close to all major highways, all and all happy so far, they do keep it well maintained

Ive lived at Washington Crossing for over 15 years. Ive never had problem with any management company or employees. The management team listens and reacts to questions and issues. The janitorial company is excellent. He goes above and beyond providing excellent service.

The management team is always quick to answer any questions. Amenities are nice and are convenient to use.

Fast and efficient staff, kept me up-to-date on all proceedings, apartment nicely cleaned before move-in.

I feel that management in our location take there jobs serious, and that we matter to them in all aspects. You can speak with them at anytime, they are willing to listen and help in anyway possible.

The staff is friendly and very responsive. The grounds are clean and well maintained. My apartment is nice and the neighbors a friendly.

I love the office personel, the maintenance crew, and our one man cleaner Paulo.

we have an excellent staff at the management office; the maintenance crew is exceptional and the cleaning person, Paulo, excels and never gets the credit for all he does.

We love it here I pass the word on all the time about Washington Crossing we get offers and deals all the time from surrounding communities but as the saying goes the grass isnt always greener we staying because we know you keep our grass greener cleaner well maintained inside and out you have provided a caring janitor who takes pride in his work and whos friendly and cautious about his work area and that is a plus some would say I dont need a caution sign to lazy to get it would be more like it for the right answer but he is very cognizant of the rules and regulations and thats a plus for you and residents...bottom line when people rent they dont care...most dont stay long the don't CARE its apartment rental mentality they are not looking at it as their home for us home is where I thrive its our me us ours if I lived In a studio low line apartment its my home its where our hearts are its what we make it....Sooooooo yaaaa I love me my WASHINTON CROSSING apartment home

I've been a resident nearly 3years here. I'm more than satisfied with the Staff and overall community service for us as residents. Highly rating for all.

Washington Crossing is a great value. Given the proximity to Boston and the affordable-ness of rent, I don't think it can be beat. I've lived in two units both a good value. Quality of the units is high, the community is attractive and management/maintenance is easy to work with, which is usually the biggest complaint of these kinds of communities. It isn't perfect lack of green spaces, poor fitness facilities and loud neighbors sometimes, but the benefits far outweigh the risks, especially for the money.

Very neat, spacious place. The office personnels are very nice and professional. The quality of the apartment is superb.

Good Location. Good property management. Building is getting older, shop around.

My life is much more enjoyable because living here at Washington Crossing. The maintenance guys here are responsive and get the repair done next morning! Bill was so nice to fix all our issues with door handles, garbage disposals all at once. So glad we made a right choice staying here!

This is luxurious comfort style at Washington Crossing. I reside here for over one year now and its a neat experience. Listening staff office personnel and prompt advise for assistance. This place is always remarkable clean. Love it here! A warm place to call home, each day!

My experience living here has really been a good one you could not ask for nicer management and staff it makes living here a pleasure.

The office managers have been very helpful as well as the maintenance team. If I have a problem they take care of it immediately. My only issue is that the person above me is very loud, lots of banging. Ive mentioned this to the office several times.

Maintenance staff is excellent. They got problem fixed no matter small or big in a timely manner and done in one visit!

We moved in one month back. Everything has been great and the staff has been good too EXCEPT that the insulation of the windows are very poor. Especially in the master bedroom it’s always so cold that it is impossible to sleep without getting cold and frozen. From a reputed apartment community this wasn’t expected. We put a service request and all they could do was to insulate it with tapes and they have told us that is the only work around they can do for this problem which is so serious. We have a three month old baby and it makes it so difficult with such low quality insulation. We tried putting some insulation with the plastic wraps that the maintenance guy suggested we can do on our own and that isn’t helping either. I would never suggest this apartment community to others where we have such harsh weather and the house can’t keep us warm with the heat put at a blasting 76 Fahrenheit. Extremely disappointed.

Washington Crossing is a great place to live on multiple fronts - location, layout of the apartment, and great communication and service from the staff are just some of the highlights! I would definitely recommend it to others!

Washington crossing is a great experience, only have been living here for a month now but the staff and management is great. Awesome location with all the things you need around you such as shopping, gas stations, restaurant and the highways. I neede a place that was pet friendly and this place worked out perfect!

Look Ive been here for 14 years and I have only once had an issue with a person on the maintenance staff or in this complex and he didnt last here very long he left on his own and only recently have I had to deal with a nasty resident for the first time in our 14 years...this is aprartment living you share space with many different kinds of people how we decided to live here is totally up to us and each new individual resident that moves in you can pick and choose and you take the day and make it the best you can or you pick your battles...for us its just not an apartment...its our home...home where you live your most precious of precious moments and thats how its been for a very long time...I have befriended so many different people that I still cherish and hold dear to my heart...and every year it all changes and for the most part its all good....but we have a few long term residents and we are all pretty close and watch out for one and other...now the best part of living here at 55 Cedar Street @ Washington Crossing is our office staff especially Jessica whos all over everything when need be and that is certainly a plus and the other great thing is...that you allow us to fix our apartment home the way we want...paint the wall...decorate our decks whatever the situation which is why we have made this our apartment home for so many years ...thank you to the Buzzuto Group and Washington Crossing with love Joanne and Dottie

Staff is extremely approachable and friendly ...always. Property is meticulously maintained.

Please be advised the overall structure of the building being walls, floor/ceiling is really thin. Since there are lots of families with kids in this community, be prepared to live underneath a family with several kids constantly running jumping and crying.

I moved here at the end of April, 2015. First, the apartment location is great for commuters, whether it be up North or into Boston. There is easy access to both I-93 and I-95. Second, the complex is well maintained on the exterior as well as the amenities. There is a pool and a decent gym complex. The gym consists of a few cardio machines as well as weight machines. There is a "theatre" room that has lazy boys that one could book for a party or just to watch NFL Sunday. Third, the staff is great. They will deliver your packages to your door if you cannot make it. The maintenance team is also very helpful, with being there the next day to fix your problem. There are large elevators for each building, which make moving-in a breeze. Fourth, the apartments are good. They are spacious and cozy at the same time. There is either a Romeo and Juliet balcony or an actual full balcony. Bathrooms are large, as well as the half-way walk in closets. Washer and dryers included, as well as dish washer. My only complaints are extra closet space for storage and ceiling lights in the bedroom (which there are none and must buy a lamp). Other than that, this place is a commuters' haven, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

I have been quite happy and comfortable on this apartment community. Maintenance and management have always been prompt to resolve any issues quickly and really try to please the residents. The lobby and pool are quite nice, and the availability of a movie theater and gym are a plus. I also appreciate the occasional holiday event or other party, where food and drinks are provided. I am very happy with the layout and space in the apartment as well as having a balcony. Lastly, I feel safe and at home here amongst a diverse community comprised of families, singles, new grads, couples, and dogs!

I have rented at various apartments in MA and RI for 10 years. However, I have only now experienced the true pleasure of being a happy renter! You see, at Washington Crossing, the management and office staff seem to sincerely care for the residents' concerns and go out of the way to help them achieve happiness and satisfaction. Communication regarding the property and maintenance has always been clear. The office staff greet you with a smile and know every resident by name!

Washington Crossing has the potential to be a great community, but the lack of quality in the materials used to build and the disregard for replacing worn out carpet, padding and appliances takes this while property down a few notches. The office is full of helpful people, but there is little they can do to encourage a large corporation to part with a bit of its profits to keep a property maintained to the level it should, considering the amount of money I spend each month in rent. Choose it if you must, but aim for the top floor otherwise, you will hear EVERYTHING above you...everything.
