Even though they are under new management they still have terrible service for the residents. Maintenance takes forever to come and leaves messes every time. The managers take days to get back to people and half the time don’t answer their phones. The apartments are terrible, and you can only pay online and can’t split the payment. They ignored mine and other residents concerns about an elderly neighbor and he died in his apartment! DO NOT RENT

The posts I want to make is too long unfortunately, so in short don't move here. It's terrible, management is bad, nieghbors are the worst, maintenance is bad. Everything is terrible, it's been a literally nightmare living here. People constantly smoke inside the apartments, dog crap everywhere. So much stuff wasn't ready when we moved in, I have to fight so many times to get things fixed. Management expects you to solve their problems, I feel hopeless and powerless and we can't financially escape this place. If this is your absolute last resort make sure you document everything. Please do not make the same mistake, am only able to say like 10% of so much wrong about this place because reviews don't give you enough space. RUN from this place.

Horrible management and the maintenance is slow and doesn't fix anything right It's not safe for kids too many car accidents happen
I still live here and they haven’t fixed my fridge with in two weeks and when we had mold for almost over a month due to the flood that happened. They still have moved me. Also poor on maintenance they don’t care all they want is your money.

I apologize for your poor experience. We have currently got new Management and Maintenance workers and we are trying to respond to everyone's needs in a timely manner.
Managers do not care about the tenants problem and maintenance. They take weeks to get something fix unless its emergency. I didn’t have shower in my bathroom for 2 months. I didn’t have my cooking stove for two months. They took more than a week to just to fix my garbage disposal. All they want is us to pay rent on time or pay fine. You do your job, we’ll do ours. Im just waiting for my lease to expire and get out from here.

4 property managers in 3 months. Cockroach infestation (seriously, I've lived in big cities with roaches, and this was the stuff of nightmares), lights in the parking lots don't work, black mold growing on windows that don't seal, no screens in the windows, no enforcement of community rules. Dont wastage your time, your health, or your money.
The new management are very helpful and do there best to stay on top of all the properties. They do it all with a smile. They are very kind and caring, as a resident I can really tell the difference.
The property management for our apartments do exceptional work. Very respectful and professional, good about making sure any maintenance gets done quickly. Bree specifically helps a lot with any issue or anything we need generally concerning our apartment. Would highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for something affordable and nice.
Office staff is extremely helpful, nice clean area, quick to fix any issues in apartments.
