Property Ratings at Warehouse Apartments
The Warehouse Apartments is the worst place I have ever lived. Management never wants to or is willingly to help you with issues you may be having with your apartment. The pictures on the website are nothing like what you will actually be living in. Toilets rarely work, we never received window blinds in the 12 months we lived there, and had a terrible any problem even though we took plenty of measures to prevent that. Do not waste your time with this apartment and the Campbell Properties management.

This has to be the absolute worst place I’ve ever lived in my entire life. There is never anyone in the office when there is a problem and everything about the inside of the apartment is horrible and just disgusting. If you have to choose between signing a lease here or being homeless I would highly recommend being homeless.
